Mang Inasal — Restaurant in Dumaguete

Me and my client had dinner here, May 10, 2018. We ordered chicken inasal with unlirice for my client and bbq and 2pcs lumpia for me. Our receipt time was 7:38pm and cashier told us that waiting time was 30mins. It was also written in the receipt. We waited for 30 minutes but still our order wasn't yet served. After 50minutes, still no any food was served. This time, i came to cashier to follow up. She then assisted me to the kitchen counter to follow up our order. Then they said, it is already coming up next. So we waited and in around 5minutes, the chicken inasal of my client and my bbq. Iced tea came with NO ice, for they said, they ran out of ice aready!? (in the middle of summer, they did not have enough ice!?) my lumpia order eventually came after another 5minutes. I was wondering, if there were too many orders, then why did our food arrived already cold..? It already took them 1hr to complete our orders, yet the food they served was not...

Not a nice first experience, I’ve waited for my meal for about 40 minutes but not after telling about 7 servers to follow-up my order. But it was not served after the follow-ups, I personally went down to the food prep area and asked about my order, only then was it prepared and it only took less than 2 minutes to cook the sisig bangus, PM4. Had I not came down our order would have been lost into oblivion and I have not even heard even the minutest of apology from the staff....

I don't like this place, because they don't have SAUCE for chicken then they don't have chicken OIL😔😔, im so disappointed ..The manager must be responsible for that place.. Next time they will say sir ,mam we don't have chicken RICE ONLY , unya matuno ba og rice ra .... bason nalang ma improve nang ilaha services...Im using Knor sauce for making it tasty my food ,kay wala jud sauce maski...
