Malana at Kahuna — Restaurant in La Union

Service and food is very bad. We chose this restaurant as it has less crowd than the others and was expecting for the service to be quicker. We waited for more than 30 mins., ice in the drinks were already melting, given 2 plates when we were 9 on the table, no advise from the staff what’s happened to our orders. Staffs weren’t hands on. One of the staffs was also not very enticing, he was serving the food but we can’t even hear what he was saying. He looks tired and seems not attentive.

The food is not worth it for its price. Beef bulgogi doesn’t taste like it at all, nor the presentation. Adobo - which is a basic filipino food - doesn’t taste...

Very expensive and very bad food. Havana pizza with a lot of onion and almost no pineapple for 750 pesos its a joke. Other meal was also not good as it supposed to be. Ice coffee we just left and one ice coffee cost around 250 pesos. Really overpriced place and just the view is nice. No one even come to check if we finished eat and want a bill, we need to go to find stuff. We spent almost 1,5k pesos for bad food and bad coffee. One star more for food because last time we ate omlet there and...

My friend and I were not hungry so we would like to have a drink and listen to the wave sound. This bar was randomly chosen by us, we didn't notice that the restaurant was a part of Kahuna resort. We ordered 2 bottles of beer, calamari and French fries. The calamari tasted good and the portion size of fries was unexpected.
