After pumping our bloodstream with coffee, we walked to Nak Nak Eatery — a place I’ve been wanting to visit ever since we started our yearly La Union trip with friends. The interior is nothing fancy, but it has gone through some renovations. Based on old photos, they didn’t have a second floor before.
We ordered the following:
Fish Fillet (₱150) The fish was fresh, firm, flaky, and tender. The cucumber slices were a palate refresher, as the fried batter can get a bit oily. / It doesn’t come with tartar sauce, but you can freely get your own from their condiments bar, such as ketchup or vinegar.

The Bicol Express was also delicious. The price is affordable and I think anyone who visits La Union for the 1st time should definitely visit this...
