Pan & Tree — Restaurant in Mabalacat

I have been eating here since 2020/2021. It is an underrated place for pasta! I dont know how they manage to cook it al dente consistently. The staff over the years have changed, but their service remains consistent: quick (almost fast food levels) but never skimping on quality. Quaint place hidden in Clark. Unfortunately, during this pandemic, they let a family with seniors and kids dine in. We requested to be transfeŕred to their outdoor seating as we do not want to be in a crowded enclosed space.

Four stars only because they only accept cash (no online payment).

My favorite is the blueberry yogurt. Carbonara is ok but it had special kinds of mushrooms which made it extra special.

First time back in Clark all these years. Wanted to eat in a good resto but the restos mentioned in the food review sites were in hotels so were quite pricey. A friend recommended Pan & Tree.
