Susie's Cuisine — Restaurant in Mabalacat

You would have to wonder why serving time has not improved after several months of operation.

Food is simple so you have to wonder why it takes up to an hour to prepare a silog meal?

Courtesy water is scarce and sometimes asking for chili sauce may take up to another 30 mins even when the container is sitting behind the counter.

Table service and kitchen is possibly one person so expect long wait times indeed.

On top of all that there's always something missing from your order, we don't bring it up because we're trying to be nice but every time we eat here wait time is ridiculous and orders are...

It's nice to have some authentic Philippine Cuisine in the middle of a westernized area. Thing is, you're in Pampanga of which is the cradle of Philippine cuisine. In a bit of uptown location, each store would really need to standout. Susie's cuisine just doesn't offer anything out of the ordinary except that their prices are very appealing. They have limited full-course menu for the meal but at the same time they're offering a lot in the entire menu because of other delicacies. But yes, their Dinuguan is one of the best i've had. But the palabok, is something i'd rather have in Jollibee, but...

Our Family went here to have some good dinner. But apparently their cashier advise us that they do not have a rice for our rice meal and told us to wait for 40mins. I tried to negotiate if I can buy a rice in the other restaurant and asked them to give us discount or put pasta or noodles instead of rice, apparently they don’t know how to compensate and think of a solution themselves. The Manager in charge is so relaxed and didn’t bother to do anything other than to browse his cellphone and chat.

I already ate thrice in this place and will never coming back because of their poor service and...
