Update: Moved to a different area in Manila so I haven’t been to this cafe in ages. I was able to last August 7 and it’s still how I remember it - charming!

Arc and Vine is one of my favorite restaurant. I love eating lunch and dinner here. What made me come here is their pasta, iced matcha and garlic toast. OMG their sooo good. Carbonara is always my favorite but Arc and Vine change it. Must try are their pesto, arabiatta and garlic toast it's like heaven in a plate. I really recommend...
