I was assisted by a cashier I forgot the name of but was on the right register between this hour. Wearing glasses. It was my turn after having waited on a fairly long queue when another customer cut the line and my already ongoing turn asking to "claim" whatever it was. The cashier was then preoccupied by this request and just punched in my order after I asked for the "biggest size of toffee nut crunch frappe". I then showed my gcash qr code for payment trusting that he got it right. After scanning my code, he then left the counter and did the customer who cut the line right, forgetting to even give me my receipt. It was not a big deal for me then because who keeps their receipts anyway and this is Starbucks. I had to place an additional order on the next cashier for a tall hot americano, he assisted and I moved on to going to the claiming area. The hot americano was prepared first which was odd. I then asked the women who were preparing the drinks and they had to go back to the cashier guy who first assisted me and asked what my order was. They just found out about my order, he did not endorse it! Failed in every which way. I was finally surprised by a grande drink which is the biggest size of Starbucks! This is extremely upsetting.
