Seats aren’t guaranteed if you just walk in, so it’s best to make a reservation at least days in advance. You can SMS or call the number in their Google maps listing. I recommend ordering dishes you don’t normally find in other Japanese restaurants in PH. I loved the Natto Oroshi Soba. They have plenty of onigiri varieties, including pickled plum, sweet seaweed, bonito flakes and salmon. The ambience feels like an authentic izakaya. Location is bad, no parking nearby and not ideal to park far and walk to the place since it is not really in a good area.
I called the restaurant to ask them where we can park, the Japanese guy who answered just said “NO PARKING” and dropped my call. That’s it. If that was a show of how they’re going to treat local customers, I’d rather go somewhere else.
