It is our first time here. We ordered Margherita, Salted Egg Pasta, and Cafe Latte. We love their food — the taste are not overwhelming. The Margherita is simple and perfect. Salted Egg Pasta is good but we cannot taste the Salted Egg itself. It is like I'm eating Carbonara instead. But I'm not complaining. The pasta is still good. The Cafe Latte is perfect with pizza.

Service: As we enter the store, we were greeted by one of the crew and served us water after we sat down. During this time, we are the only customers dining in but there are several take out food in the table waiting to be picked up by Grab riders. For me, they are polite. They serve our food in short period of time as well which we like.

Price: It is 2 out of 3. The coffe is a bit pricey for me given that the serving size is smaller. Pasta and Pizza are also not on the cheaper side but if I will be asked if I'll dine here again, Yes. I'll return for their Pizza especially for...

Extremely delicious food and great value for money. The appetiser, pasta and pizza were all top notch. Clearly very high quality ingredients being used, and very reasonable prices given the Makati location. They also have plenty of vegetarian options! It was so good we went there twice during our short 4-day stay. Only small complaint is the food takes quite some time to prepare, so if you're in a rush this might not be the place to go. But the food is very much worth the wait in my opinion. It is also linked with the Tyler's cafe next door so you can order their coffees as well while dining at Gino's. Highly recommend to all! 👍🏼

Edit: I came back here about a year later in Aug 2024 and the only downside was improved: food was served very quickly while maintaining the...

We were seated quickly, even though it was during lunch hour. The place is small, but there is sufficient space for each seating. Food tasted great and consistent with the previous times we've been here and with other Gino's branches. Spicy honey is a must-try, so we slather it on everything. My favorites are the burrata with prosciutto and arugula, and mushroom pizza.

There were some insects (flies). And one of the staff was holding a fly swatter. Lol. I'm not sure if it's because we were seated closest to the CR, but I don't recall having had the same experience before.

Parking can be difficult since it's paid street parking. They charge Php60 for 2 hours. We always go here when we're in the city. And we'd gladly go back. I hope they open more branches to the...
