Very bad experience! The staff that I talked to is only after the sales and will put you in a not so good situation which is for you to be forced to buy a unit.
About 5 weeks ago, I inquired about a CX5 that I saw in their FB post and went to the Valero Car Park to see the car personally a couple of days after as we (especially my wife) were so interested in the CX5. When I went there the staff told me that it was reserved and on-hold for another potential buyer at that time and was informed that the buyer is going through CI hence would have to wait for 4-5 days more for the result.
I was them informed and offered to check for an alternate car and what he would do is to reserve it until the result of the CI is released and the reservation fee is refundable if the unit is released. 2 days after I was informed the the potential buyer of the CX got approved in CI and the unit will be released.
After that, I asked for me to be informed if another CX5 comes in and a day after receive a Viber message from the staff that there is another CX5 is available - we didn't like the looks/color so I said we will skip and wait for another one.
Almost 3 weeks after, I have not received an update from the staff so I call the staff and asked if for now I can refund my reservation fee and use it somewhere else while there is no other available unit. During the phone conversation the kept telling me "hindi marerefund, kasi nag first in line kayo sa alternate car." And my response was simple "eh kasi inoffer mo yan eh while the CI for the CX5 that we really want and guaranteed na the fee is refundable in case ma-release yung unit". He also told me na "andito lang naman yung pera nyo, hindi mawawala, naka float lang until may magustuhan kayong unit" - to me this sounds really fishy. If the fee that I paid is just floating why can't it be refunded instead which is what was initially guaranteed to me before making the reservation. I even asked the staff if there is someone else that I can talk to about the refund and the staff told me with mocking confidence "Ako din yun sir. Ako lang makakausap nyo".
With the experience, I do not recommend this. Hope they can improve the...
Read moreâWe got a car from them less than a month ago, they rushed us to purchase because they wanted to hit their end of the month âquotaâ. Coming from a sales background, i wanted to help the salesperson so purchased it straightaway since we Didnât find any issues with the car (they only let you test drive it in their small parking space). They also scanned the car and it didnt throw any fault codes so we felt confident because their reviews online weâre high.
A few days later, the car is showing transmission issues. Brought it to their attention and they brought it to their so called trusted mechanic. This mechanic, subtly mentioned transmission issue when he was test driving it with us. Then he kept walking away as he and kevin (from all cars) discussed what was wrong with the car that is now technically ours. He downplayed the issue and said that it was only a sensor issue. We were stupid to trust them because of their good reviews and we were in denial that they would sell us a car with transmission issues.
They replaced the sensors and guess what, yes admittedly the power of the car was stronger than it was but it only lasted for a day and the issues returned. I brought it up to them and they said that the car just needs to ârelearnâ our driving habits. Gave it a week of using the car everyday, issues still remained then we asked for a second opinion from multiple mechanics. All pointed out transmission issue. Now iâm stuck with the repair costs because they wonât take accountability that they donât really test out cars they sell, or if they do their testing methods are shitty.
Do not buy from them if you donât want hassle and extra expense. If you still decide to, be extra extra careful.â
In response:
My husband and I are tired of all the back and forth so weâll go to the proper avenues to report this and find justice. The ATF you guys fixed were also below the proper level. Good thing we spotted it before it caused any other issues. The only real âsupportâ we need is for you guys to admit that it is actually a transmission issue and get it fixed by an external mechanic specializing in ford and not yours that will follow...
Read moreFinding a new vehicle can be a profoundly stressful process, and I had been at it for about two weeks when I met Ms. Rizza after setting an appointment at All Cars.
I hadn't put any money down, so the car I was going to look at got reserved shortly before I arrived, which was bad news. But there was Ms. Rizza, encouraging me to check out other options, including a new vehicle that had just arrived at AllCars, and was suited to the needs I described. She was right: it was just what I was looking for, at a price slightly lower than anything similar on the market at the time. (She was frank enough to tell me, though, that she thought it was "fair market price" rather than a bargain. The honesty set me at ease.)
Ms. Rizza patiently took me through the long process of evaluating the car, which eventually involved the input of three separate mechanics (one of which I had hired independently). We identified all the car's reparable troubles, which AllCars' mechanics addressed in the week before I picked the vehicle up.
More importantly, she patiently took me through the ins and outs of the financing process until I found the right deal (I estimate we saved about 30k by combining multiple financing sources - it pays to really sit down on these things.)
And on the day itself, Ms. Rizza was there to guide me through the release of documents, and she even facilitated the free shipping of a very minor spare part which had taken too long to order and didn't make it on the day.
So. She was with me from start to finish, reassuring me when I was anxious, keeping me informed when I had questions (I had plenty), and sharing her honest assessments of my situation.
Needless to say I am a very happy customer.
(The purchase took place in April 2024, and this account is being written two months later in November 2024, after I've had five full months to enjoy the vehicle and drive it long-distance multiple times. The first time I had to bring it in, to address some standard wear and tear, was this week. Which I would say is just about right, given my driving and...
