I had a terrible experience with Jollibee regarding Order #24098007. Here’s the detailed timeline of events: • 15:49 PM: I placed and paid for the order via the Jollibee app. • 16:37 PM: I received an email requesting feedback, but the order hadn’t been delivered yet. • Multiple Attempts to Contact: I called the store hotline (+63 (02) 8886 7480) seven times and the customer service hotline (#87000) multiple times—no response. • Late 5:00 PM: I visited the Gil Puyat branch, but they couldn’t assist. Both contact numbers provided were outdated (09163112133 and 8882817). • 18:30 PM: I finally located the responsible branch at Export Plaza. After a long reconciliation process, I received my order and compensation—three mini peach mango pies. I also had to insist on a ₱50 delivery fee refund since I picked up the order myself.

This whole ordeal caused over a 3-hour delay and wasted my time and effort. The lack of customer service was frustrating, and if I hadn’t visited multiple branches, my issue might never have been resolved.

Recommendations for Improvement: Fair Compensation: Three mini peach mango pies are insufficient for the frustration and inconvenience. Accountability: Investigate this incident to prevent future occurrences. Customer Service Improvements: Ensure responsive hotlines and real-time support for urgent concerns. Branch Evaluation: Review the unhelpful service at the Taft Ave cor. Gil Puyat Ave branch.

I hope Jollibee takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues to improve...

Haven't had a Jollibee breakfast. Good time to try it out since they came out with the Choco Mallow Pie (₱52). I ordered their Bacon, Egg and Cheese Pancake Sandwich that came with a Hot Chocolate (₱128).

The sandwich was a pleasant surprise for me because the flavors actually melded quite well. The saltiness of the bacon, the creaminess of the egg and cheese upped by its gooeyness and the slightly sweet, pillowy pancakes. I didn't subscribe to the idea of a pancake sandwich initially but this is a good introduction.

What's more is that they nailed it with the Choco Mallow Pie. Jollibee is actually known in the US for having the best fastfood pie in their Peach Mango Pie. Part of the success is due to the crunchy delicious fried crust which you won't get if the crust is baked. JFC actually scores 2 number ones in most rankings in the US, Best Fried Chicken and Best Pie. Their burgers on the other hand will never top any rankings abroad because of taste expectations for grilled meat. Jollibee's patties appeal more to Filipino taste because of the "langhap sarap"...

Giving plus points sa food because it's the most affordable out of all major fast food chains plus the Mix&Match will always be my favorite! But there were instances na halos lahat ng nasa menu is not available...The service is kinda mid though, I still have it a 4 since they always serve your food fresh and hot. It's just that sobrang tagal nya i-serve. I really do not recommend kung if you dine here during your lunch hours kasi it would mostly take up your time waiting. Honest to goodness, it took 30 min for our order to be served despite of maraming crew sa kitchen area. As for the atmosphere, forgive me pero ang init. I've dined during wee hours, lunch time and dinner pero damn... Sira ang AC. And it's been a year na ganun......
