There’s this fast-food place right beside the gas station that’s become one of my go-tos. Parking’s never a problem (thank you, gas station lot), and since it’s on the ground floor, it’s easy for anyone to get in — no steps, no hassle. It’s not a drive-thru kind of place though, so you’ll need to step inside to grab your food.
Inside, it’s generally clean and comfortable. Counters and serving areas are neat, and the tables and floors are kept in shape most of the time. When it gets packed, though, you might spot trays and leftovers waiting to be cleared — understandable since the staff are juggling a lot during peak hours. The restrooms? Usually fine, stocked and usable, but they can get a little messy when the place is full.
The staff here are honestly a big reason I keep coming back. They greet you warmly, double-check orders, and are quick to fix anything if there’s a mistake. Food always comes out at the right temp, fresh, and looking like the photo on the menu — which is rare these days. Portions are generous too; sometimes it feels like I’m getting more than I paid for, and it’s been consistent on all my visits.
Waiting times are reasonable, but if you drop by during the lunch or dinner rush, expect around 10–20 minutes before you get your order. At least they always get it right — food, condiments, napkins, everything’s there. Prices are clear and fair, with combos that actually feel worth it.
Seating’s comfy, the AC works well, and even though they don’t have self-order kiosks yet (which I think would be great), it’s not really a dealbreaker for me. Eco-wise, they’re pretty much like any other fast-food chain — no recyclable packaging or reusable cup options — but that’s not a huge concern for me personally.
Overall, it’s a solid spot — friendly service, generous portions, and prices that make sense. Sure, there’s room for small improvements, but nothing that would stop me from coming back...
Read moreIt’s the closest Jollibee to St. Luke’s Taguig which is just across the street. It’s also close to a bus stop that goes to Ayala station. The service counter is right in front of the door. This space can get crowded fast since they usually open only one counter even though there are three registers. They accept cash and paymaya payments. The dining area is spacious. There’s a second floor dining area but it’s usually not available. Cleanliness can be spotty sometimes: Sticky tables and chairs but you can readily ask for assistance to help you clean. Food is satisfactory as it is what you would expect from Jollibee. The large peach mango pie is a hype though. It’s not much different from the regular one. Serving of food is acceptable. They will inform you if there are items that might take awhile to be served like the peach mango pie (10 minutes). What I like about this branch are the tables and chairs available outside where the Grab drivers can rest. People can wait comfortably for their takeout order outside if you don’t want to...
Read moreI visited Jollibee twice this month. I'm actually very impressed with their service. First was when I went straight to BGC after my Chinatown stint and boy, was I ravenous. I ordered a value meal that came with an iced tea. While the cashier was still assembling my meal, she placed the iced tea first on my tray. I felt so parched that I took a sip of my drink while waiting. My hands were quivering a little bit (maybe because of hunger) that the cup accidentally slipped from my hands. The staff almost got splashed due to my clumsiness. I apologized profusely since I made a mess of her workstation. I just requested for a glass of water and continued to apologize. She reassured me that everything was fine and said that she'll gladly replace my iced tea. I'm happy with how the staff handled this little mishap. Good call. The second time I visited, a waiter offered to carry my tray (maybe he realized that the klutz returned, LOL). Loving the service here. Kudos to...
