ZEN Rooms — Hotel in Makati

I booked this online using two different booking websites. The rooms looked very nice from the photos but once you check in the room looks nothing like what you were expecting. As with these Zen rooms properties they seem to be seriously lacking amenities in the rooms for example what use is a kettle with no cups or teaspoons to make tea or coffee ? The hotel is not in a bad location. There is a Jolibee, small street market selling different food, a small ayce buffet restaurant for only 218 peso, street BBQ and a 7-eleven. This Zen rooms actually filled the soap dispensers so I guess this was one good thing. As for the bed it states that it is a queen bed but it seems more like a small double. Air-con seems to work well and is quiet. For the price this place is not too bad but very basic. I do feel let down that the booking websites are falsely showing rooms that are not what you actually get. I have added photos of the booking page photos and our actual room we got. When i Reached neeed security deposit first must and reception not give me upstair room said full booked all roons just ground floor roons all jeepney and tricycle noise come to room i complain to receptionist she said if u not want to stay its upto u i dont care and when next morning ask abt towel she replied additional charges apply i think this hotel not gud for who want peace and sleep with comfort just gud for if u not find cheap hotel and this hotel cheapest select for a day not for many days and weak mobile...

The place for me is acceptable, wasn't that great as shown in the picture, but wasn't that bad either for a price of 800php per night in Agoda Booking app.

Complimentaries provided are only soap and shampoo. No water, no tea, no coffee, no chocolate drinks, or disposable slippers. In fact, I took a bath on barefoot- bad for me for not bringing my own thing though. (False hope dude! False Hope!)

But I'd still give it a four, because I felt comfortable and safe on my sleep , and for that price? It's well...
