Well I should know when I order a pre-made sandwich in a box, no good will come of it. I hankered an egg salad sandwich for lunch, while killing time for an appointment at St. Lukes. It was sort of fresh, but just didn't taste like egg salad, I suspect there was sugar in the mix! I also had the Mac and cheese, it was a decent sized order. I would say this place is of average quality with above average prices! Service was good. Food, so so.

Ordered Lomi at Market on 5th Avenue here in St. Lukes Medical Center and after eating half of it I found out that the chicken in it is not cooked thru. It still has pink spots which is raw. I think they should be extra careful with their food service considering they are operating in a hospital!

📍Market on the 5th, St Luke's ₱180 Goto Goto was ok. There were Filipino dishes, sandwiches, salads, fruit juicers. Good amount of tables, but I reckon it could get crowded during lunch. Outside this food hall, there's Starbucks, and other restos. /travelspeedx

AMBIENCE We walked by the place twice and I just realized it looked like a fancy canteen or pantry. They had everything sorted out by cuisine like Filipino on the left, Chinese towards the middle, and junk food on the further right. Pinks and greens of the interior felt relaxing and inviting plus the foods were colorful because of the variety they offered. Fruits, concentrates, veggies, fishes, salads, sandwiches and brown rice were the most noticeable but they also had the tempting stuff like potato chips, loads of candies by the cash register (heads-up for parents), and humba among meats.

FOOD Because I'm a good boy, I got myself some sinfully tasty humba with mildy sweet banana slices, and the serving was as satisfying as the flavor and fat-to-meat ratio. Brown rice was the default choice for staple food, though I'm not sure if it's the only rice option. Rice was actually on display with the viands, but NO, our server got ours straight from the rice cooker! (tears of joy) We shared some delicious chopsuey with a crab stick twist and fresh n' crunchy veggies. Fish was a bit dry but far from oily.

Overall, dishes were pricey but we got what we paid for in terms of flavor and quantity. Health is wealth. Humba!

SERVICE Quick and straightforward, canteen-style! That rice cooker...

We had a check up at st.lukes global. We are very hungry because we didn't have our breakfast so we try to eat at food market. Try there chicken noodles, beef noodles and dimsum (sharks fin). Then suddenly i saw some small Cockroach on the sharks fin. We stop eating. We lost our hunger from what we saw. I called the cashier and complain but they said they will refund the sharksfin only! No way! My concern is that we might get food poison, but I hope it doesn't happen. And to think that was inside the hospital. They should be cleaned. Anyway we will not...
