CK BONI STOP OVER — Restaurant in Taguig

November 6, 2025 8am, I parked my motorcycle in chowking parking area for motorcycle . And I told the manager of chowking that, I'll be back for a while and take me an hour to be back there. When i went back I buy food from Chowking right there and the manager was very disrespectful. When i trying to asked him why they put a podlock on my front wheel he was telling me that I've park there for more than an hour, and he think that he had rights to put chain and lock my wheels? And he called the BGC marshall to issued me a ticket for illegal parking in there Chowking customer parking space. When the things get escalated he avoiding me and run into the back of the store and never comeback in dinning until i leave.. He should not be a act like that, He was power tripping he trying to punish me for parking there for a while and its my first time there. He made an ordered to Chowking guard to put a big chain and lock my motorcycle so that i can't leave without there notice. They can just let me go park there for one hour without proving there point even its my first time to park there they're abusing there power. It will not hurt anyone when i leave my motorcycle there even its more than one hour. You could just let it go its not gonna lose you anything, you might be receive blessings in return for making good to fellow Filipino customer. And he just podlock my motorcycle in there parking area without my consent. Its a power abused he doesn't have any rights to do that. The should act differently, he should be good in the morning not ruining there customer. There chowking crew in branch can't even smile and look cold he might be scold them always. I had a wonderful experience at Chowking BGC Stopover during lunch today. While I was holding our drinks (one iced tea and one pineapple juice), a girl in an orange dress accidentally bumped into me, causing me to spill our drinks. I was quite embarrassed, especially since she didn’t apologize. However, the staff at Chowking were incredibly attentive and kind.

The manager, who was holding a radio, immediately called another staff member to tidy up the mess. When I apologized to the manager, he reassured me that it was okay and they promptly replaced our drinks, even though it wasn’t their fault. Their quick assistance and hospitable service were truly impressive.

The entire staff was very accommodating, and I felt genuinely cared for. Even the cashier who assisted me was patient and smiling. Ordered Shanghai Egg Rice for dine in and Sweet and Sour Pork for take out. It took 20 minutes for the dine in tu o be served and 30 minutes for the take out. Other customers who ordered after me were served first. I know that they cook per order but when the Shanghai was served, it was cold and hard unlike when I ordered in SM Masinag where it was served piping hot. This is one of the dirtiest branch I have been. When I went to the dining area, the chairs in half of the area were on top of the tables. People have to arrange the chairs themselves to seat themselves. As I was waiting for my order, the crew placed down a couple of trays on my table to look for whoever ordered them. One tray was placed in a vacant seat then don't know who it belongs to. Overall, this place is horrible. No sense in urgency from the cashiers, the place is not condusive to dining,...
