Our original plan was to dine in Crying Tiger, but since it was closed along with many places that we wanted to check out on the evening of the 31st of December, we came across Thai-Noy which was a walking distance to our hotel. We found the place clean, well-lit, and inviting, and so was the ambiance. But the prices were a bit on the expensive side. Nevertheless, we still opted for it. My wife ordered a Sawadee Ka cocktail which cost around 350php. The cocktail was good though. I ordered a supposedly their "biggest," draft of Budweiser (I had no choice because that was the only draft beer available." But the size was a bit bigger than a pint. We ordered the fried spring rolls which were good. My wife ordered the Thai Chicken tacos (4 pcs small). The spring rolls arrived after 20 minutes or more and we started eating them as our appetizer because we were already starving. We've been waiting for quite some time. The chicken tacos arrived after 30 minutes. My wife gave me one to try and there was cheese on it and it overpowered the overall taste of the chicken taco. I ordered the Thai Beef 2 WHOLE pcs since my first choice was their Thai Beef burger, but I had to choose the latter because they informed me that the beef patty is not palatable or not good anymore. They cooked it, but it was no longer good for it to be consumed. I appreciated their honesty. Anyway, so I had to order my mains and waited for more than 30 minutes prior to their heads up. When I got my order, they were divided into 4 small pcs of Thai Beef tacos, instead of 2 WHOLE pcs. The waitress informed me the reason was because they were too big to be put in their rectangular dish. And that price was higher than the other choice in the menu "Thai Beef Tacos 4 pcs (smaller). Since I waited for a long time, I just accepted them and started eating out of hunger. And yes, once again there were cheese on them and overpowered the Thai Beef taste. So I asked for hot sauce just to make the taste bearable. If we knew beforehand that it was going to be that way, we could've informed the waitress to put the cheese on the side instead. Good thing my wife ordered their mango sticky rice just to remove the overpowering cheesy taste. Btw, the prices in the menu were exclusive of VAT and we were still charged for my own order with the original amount for the Thai Bee 2 WHOLE Pcs instead of the 4pcs which was cheaper than the 2 whole pieces. Our expectations weren't met and weren't satisfied at all when we left, sadly. But I believe that they can do way better with their service, food, and...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at Thai-Noy Cuisine in Makati City, and I must say, it was a delightful experience that left me craving for more. Nestled in a cozy corner of the city, Thai Noy offers an authentic taste of Thailand with its flavorful dishes and warm ambiance.
The moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by friendly staff who promptly seated me and provided attentive service throughout the evening.
Now, let's talk about the food. Thai Noy truly impressed me with its culinary prowess. The flavors were bold, vibrant, and true to traditional Thai cuisine. I tried the Pad Thai Chicken was a standout dish, with its well-cooked rice noodles, and the right amount of tamarind sauce. Each bite was a burst of sweet, savory, and slightly tangy flavors.
The portions were generous, and the prices were reasonable considering the quality and authenticity of the dishes. It's worth noting that the restaurant also offers vegetarian and vegan options, catering to a diverse range of dietary preferences.
Plus, for drinks, you can have a Thailand taste too. One standout drink was the "Thai Basil Mojito-like drink" a refreshing twist on the classic mojito. The fragrant Thai basil added a delightful herbal note that perfectly complemented the mint and lime. It was a harmonious blend of flavors that transported me to the vibrant streets of Bangkok.
The ambiance of Thai Noy added to the overall experience. The interior was tastefully decorated, combining elements of Thai culture with a modern touch. The restaurant was clean, and the seating arrangements allowed for a comfortable and intimate dining experience.
In conclusion, Thai Noy in Makati City is a hidden gem for Thai cuisine enthusiasts. The exceptional flavors, attentive service, and inviting ambiance make it a worthwhile dining destination. Whether you're craving classic Thai dishes or seeking new culinary adventures, Thai Noy is definitely worth a...
Read moreSaw their ads from somewhere (perhaps is some food vlogger video) and wanna try this so much!
Went here for the first time last night like finally.
I ordered chicken satay, Tom yum goong, and a green curry chicken.
The tom yum goong and green curry chicken tastes so creamy, rich in flavor, but as a Malaysian who like Thai cuisine so much, these 2 dishes can be more spicy and more salty pls. As for now only tasted creamy flavor. But I think it’s definitely a best taste for some foreigner and local Philippine, as they can’t eat that spicy I guess?
The chicken satay is good. But didn’t amazed me as the chicken itself is too dry, should make it with some chicken skin so that it will be juicy when eating it. The peanut sauce is creamy, but that’s all, can be sweeter actually.
They gift me a single shot of cocktail which this is something additional that I like, it taste good tho.
The ambience itself covered all the weaknesses on the food, I like the ambience so much!
Will definitely come back soon and try out the rest of the choice on the menu! 😽
PS: the service charge is 10% which I think it should be lower like maybe 5-6% so that it will match with the service?

Came back again! Saw their instagram posted there will be a live band tonight, so I choose to come here for dinner by waiting till 9pm 🤣
Ordered chicken satay, padthai chicken, and of course Tom Yum Goong.
Surprisingly! The satay and the Tom yum goong is so good today! Different from what I had few days ago, the chicken is so tender, the taste of the soup is so on point!
So here am I to change the rating for the food to 5-stars!
Keep it up! I’ll come here often and with my...
