Not all chairs come with cushions, so choose wisely unless you enjoy dining like a Spartan.

But here’s where the experience turned around: the service was exceptional. Despite the full house, the waiters were consistently attentive. My mom and I never once felt neglected—our needs were met with genuine care and patience. When they broke the news that they were out of Tabouleh (which, to be honest, was one of my main reasons for going), I wasn’t even upset. That’s how well they handled it. They made me understand instead of just inform—a rare skill in hospitality.

I recently visited The Cafe Mediterranean in Rockwell Powerplant Mall and had a great dining experience. The mixed kebab platter and biryani rice that my friends and I ordered were absolutely delicious and flavorful. The standout element of our dining experience, however, was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were attentive, accommodating, and even went out of their way to suggest getting some wine from another restaurant when they didn't have red wine available. This really made us feel valued as customers and we appreciated their efforts.

While the ambiance at The Cafe Mediterranean may not be as unique or distinctive as a standalone restaurant, it still provided a comfortable and pleasant dining atmosphere. The location within a mall also made it convenient for us to visit after some shopping.

We asked for a table for three and we were only greeted with a nod and nothing else. We sat, we waited, and nothing. We needed to catch the attention of one of the servers just to get our menus. Wrong food came in, different from what we ordered despite the server repeating our orders correctly beforehand, thus doubling the waiting time for us to eat.
