Bored and Hungry: A Flavorful Feast with a Side of Patience Needed** 📍 Opus Mall, Pasig City
If you’re craving bold flavors and don’t mind a wait, Bored and Hungry in Opus Mall is worth a visit. This trendy spot delivers on taste, though its service hiccups might test your hunger stamina.
🍔 Food Highlights: Worth the Hype The Bored OG Burger is a star—juicy, messy, and packed with personality. The patty is thick and smoky, balanced by melted cheese and a tangy-sweet sauce that ties it all together. Pair it with their Bored Fingers: crispy, golden fries chicken dusted with a savory cream sauce These dishes alone justify the trip, leaving a "I’d come back for this" impression.
⏳ The Catch: Long Waits & Order Mix-Ups Prepare to wait—a lot. My visit clocked nearly an hour for my order. Worse, I noticed orders getting swapped between waiting customers, including mine. The staff handled mistakes politely, but the disorganization suggests a need for better systems or more hands on deck. It’s clear they’re juggling demand.
✨ The Verdict Bored and Hungry’s food shines bright enough to overshadow its service flaws. The burger and fries are must-tries, but temper expectations for speed. Visit on a lazy afternoon (not peak hours!) to savor the meal stress-free. A little patience here pays off—just bring a snack if...
Read moreOrdered the OG burger and 30 mins after, I got upset stomach! I was throwing up in the bathroom and I got diarrhea and fever later on. The doctor said this was the culprit, food poisoning from maybe one of the ingredients, or that they didn’t cook it properly. I felt something was off but I wasn’t sure what (it was my first time trying it) so I figured maybe that’s just really how it tastes. The staff were also so aloof when I was ordering. Atmosphere is okay only because it was in the Grid, Rockwell.
I messaged them on instagram as I just wanted to inform to help them, so they make sure no one else gets affected the same way I do. Of course, horrible customer service, no response at all. So I’m posting it here to warn...
Read moreGot the Royal OG Truffle Burger. Tastes better than it looks. Flavor - tastes great, able to taste the cheeses, truffle, and beef without being bland or overpowering Texture - good contrast with the crispy cheese and the juicy burger Freshness - took a bit longer than expected but was served with the warmth just right Price - at 465 PhP, good enough for the price range considering other burger options available in Metro manila for the same price and quality, but could come with a bit more considering the "combo promo" for an additional iced tea and fries adds another 200 PhP. Doesn't really feel like a combo if you ask me.
Overall, a good experience, willing to come back and try the...
