Ordered the OG burger and 30 mins after, I got upset stomach! I was throwing up in the bathroom and I got diarrhea and fever later on. The doctor said this was the culprit, food poisoning from maybe one of the ingredients, or that they didn’t cook it properly. I felt something was off but I wasn’t sure what (it was my first time trying it) so I figured maybe that’s just really how it tastes. The staff were also so aloof when I was ordering. Atmosphere is okay only because it was in the Grid, Rockwell.

I messaged them on instagram as I just wanted to inform to help them, so they make sure no one else gets affected the same way I do. Of course, horrible customer service, no response at all. So I’m posting it here to warn...

Got the Royal OG Truffle Burger. Tastes better than it looks. Flavor - tastes great, able to taste the cheeses, truffle, and beef without being bland or overpowering Texture - good contrast with the crispy cheese and the juicy burger Freshness - took a bit longer than expected but was served with the warmth just right Price - at 465 PhP, good enough for the price range considering other burger options available in Metro manila for the same price and quality, but could come with a bit more considering the "combo promo" for an additional iced tea and fries adds another 200 PhP. Doesn't really feel like a combo if you ask me.
