Very bad experience!!! The kuya crew is so slow.. Even the other staffs/managers.. we already wrote our order on the small piece of paper the kuya crew gave us and no one is taking our order.. We had to get their attention every now and then.. The lady crew is also shouting too loud giving instructions to the other crew/staff.. We tried to call their attention to ask for glass of water and tissue and they are all dumb and deaf... Very irritating!!! We also requested for an O.R. but they did not complete the details and we had to ask them to fix the receipt... My god!!! The CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THIS CLASSIC SAVORY BRANCH SUCKS BIG TIME! Corporate Management should re evaluate the Management and Staffs in this branch.. SUPER BIG THUMBS DOWN!!!

Classic tasty sure-fire chinese food are served here at very affordable prices. Generous servings are great for sharing. Set meals or laureat style are plenty with good combinations. Dishes are a bit on the salty side.

Ordered dinner three days in a row, then I go inside to get to go order. Order on receipt says 6:55. People come in after me order and getting their food before I get my two dishes to go. I have a child crying to go home for food and water but these guys took 27 min to make 2 dishes. We complain and again like always these companies don't care about you after they get your money. No offer of maybe water for the baby, and manager was no help and didn't care one bit. The girls working front of house didn't care, and manager said at 25 min the back off house didn't prioritize my order. Incompetent employees and worse manager. I will never patronize this business again. Funny thing is they will never care. If your a foreigner please don't eat here. Worst of all the paper bag they used broke open and food fell...

Worst service, portion, and restaurant I have experienced so far in Mandaluyong. This restaurant is located in Light Mall on the 2nd floor. The view outside was very inviting, but once you order, the wait is too long, and the portions are really small. I ordered the Lomi special for 305 pesos, and it was the tiniest portion I have ever seen in my life. I paid 1,000 pesos to eat below-average food, and it was so disappointing. The staff, especially the waitress with a sky blue or blue collar, was really rude. They had us waiting for 30 minutes for a cup of rice, so I had to cancel the order and...
