Ordered dinner three days in a row, then I go inside to get to go order. Order on receipt says 6:55. People come in after me order and getting their food before I get my two dishes to go. I have a child crying to go home for food and water but these guys took 27 min to make 2 dishes. We complain and again like always these companies don't care about you after they get your money. No offer of maybe water for the baby, and manager was no help and didn't care one bit. The girls working front of house didn't care, and manager said at 25 min the back off house didn't prioritize my order. Incompetent employees and worse manager. Even the other staffs/managers.. we already wrote our order on the small piece of paper the kuya crew gave us and no one is taking our order.. We had to get their attention every now and then.. The lady crew is also shouting too loud giving instructions to the other crew/staff.. We tried to call their attention to ask for glass of water and tissue and they are all dumb and deaf... Very irritating!!! We also requested for an O.R. but they did not complete the details and we had to ask them to fix the receipt... My god!!! The view outside was very inviting, but once you order, the wait is too long, and the portions are really small.
