We went there today and our experience was not really good. This is the first time we eat in this restaurant and we feel we've been discriminated against by their staff name Jasmyne. I'm not sure if other customers experience this as well from this person. When she's taking our order she doesn't show any willingness to take our order, after calling her and telling her that we already have food in mind we still wait for five more minutes before she comes to our table. And when she's taking our order her voice is too loud making us feel embarrassed and she's making us feel stupid by shouting to us on telling the steps on how to place an order, though this is the first time we ate on this restaurant but this staff should show willingness to assist their customers, and if they feel that customer don't have any idea on how the proper way to place an order she should educate us by telling the proper way with minimal voice without making us feel stupid and embarrassed. I know the manager that seats besides us also notice this , but do nothing to correct the behavior of their staff or I'm not sure if this is really the way they treat their customers. I know we have two kids with us but still they should show willingness to assist us and treat us as customer. Again, this is the first time this happened to us, and I'm making sure that this experience won't happen again cause we are not going back from this restaurant due to a bad experience.
To Jasmyne, next time be nice to your customer and show smiles when taking orders and treat your customers fairly. I know sometimes you might feel tired, but your actions are not valid.
For the food, not recommended at all. The taste is not what you're expecting. I see a lot of bad reviews due to the taste of food but what I'm emphasizing on this review is the experience we have from your staff, I think they need more training when it comes to...
Read moreWing Zone Megamall has an appealing and well-curated menu, making it an enticing spot for wing lovers. The flavors are good, and the variety of choices is commendable. However, the overall experience was dampened by poor service.
One of the female staff members upsold us on upgrading our two plain rice orders. We initially thought “upgrade” meant switching to a better variant, like fried rice. But to our surprise, we received four plain rice instead—essentially doubling our order. It felt misleading, and we ended up wasting food since we couldn’t finish that much rice.
Another downside was how our leftovers were packed for takeout. A male staff member wrapped our chicken, pasta, and rice in foil, even though they were separated. While it was still functional, it would have been much better if they had placed the food in proper containers instead. It gave the impression that the packaging was careless, as if the food wasn’t meant for people to eat.
Overall, while the food was enjoyable, the service left much to be desired. Better training in customer handling and proper packaging would improve the experience...
Read moreFirst visit, sadly unsatisfied, I can not make a recommendation. A female staff member is unfriendly. She can't afford to sell what menus are for the benefits of the customers. A male staff member is not approachable. Several food items on the menu aren't available, including side dishes. The store team looks tired in the afternoon day part, looks very busy although not peak hour. Gladly, though it's oily, chicken wing served to me was warm, best with steamed rice. Kudos to kitchen cooks, they served food quality on our orders placed. A female staff member can not even tell what's best for the menu while taking orders for first-time guests like us.
Menu is attractive and great. I hope I can feel the cozy dining experience soon. I hope the manager on duty takes charge of the dining experience of customers and heads up the staff as they serve the needs of the business. Remember, the first...
