The best thing about it was its location. Very close to different malls such as Megamall and The Podium. There were so many convenient stores around and lots of banks beside it.
The hotel itself is pretty basic in its rooms, facilities and amenities but for the price it is worth it considering its prime location.
Unfortunately, I was booked with a view facing another building. But there are rooms that have better views according to my colleagues who stayed in the same hotel during the same time. The rooms are very cozy yet modern! Room temp was easy to control, there were a lot of options for TV viewing (thru Cignal only though). Wifi was consistent throughout, never went out or slowed down (i was able to play Valorant seemlessly). Shower knob was quite difficult to manage. The slightest adjustment makes the water temp change drastically. They also provided a hair blower, very convenient, and mirrors and a safe to keep your important belongings.
As for the service, the hotel fell short. They are quite accommodating at the front desk, but forgot an important request I had made.
I stayed for some time in the hotel. Tuesday afternoon, while i was away, staff came in to sweep up, but they didnt sweep the bathroom floors. As you can see, their floors are tiled white so it is easy to notice. I had thought then that they might continue room cleaning services while away perhaps every other day. Thursday, there was no clean up. Friday, I had request at the front desk for trash pick up and room sweeping. When i returned, the trash was not picked up and the room uncleaned. I bought trash bags at 711 since the bins were small and arranged them inside the room. Saturday morning, I was rudely awakened by a false fire alarm outside my room. Staff was there trying to have it shut off. Fortunately, the cleaning cart was there so I brought out the trash they had not picked up the day before. I was tempted to take the broom from the cart and sweep up the room myself, but I was too tired. Since then, there was only 1 other clean up.
I stayed there for 2 weeks. And staff only cleaned 2x: once while i was away, another while i was there.

Read moreA NAME = A STATEMENT 👌 ROOM The hotel is well advertised, what you see is what you get: a very clean spundproof room with great WiFi, tv, full lengh mirror, desk, aircon, electrical socket above nightstand and good city view. Blind bathroom with ventilation, warm water shower, liquid soap (which all of these are not always a given in the Philippines). The rooms also comes with a safe for your precious etc. We did a soundproof test and the room is fairly soundproofed. First impression was that the room was very well cleaned. The WiFi is fast enough and their TV has many channel choices, also cartoon channels if you have kids. BED The mattress is comfy for me and upon checking there is a thin topper under the bedsheets which does its job. Not really sure if it's a spring or hybrid mattress but it's not memory foam. My husband didn't like it that much because he is too used to our cloud-like mattress at home. The bed frame is minimalistic: basically a wooden board, no slats. PERSONNEL Kind/professional/helpful guards, reception, and cleaning staff. Parking lot on floor levels feels safe and private. The building is well guarded and the guards give off kind welcoming vibes. SERVICES We cheked in friday afternoon and checked out sunday noon, it was very fast, no much wasted time queuing or waiting. The hotel doesn't provide breakfast or any meals but there is a Lawson and 7eleven attached to the building just ground floor, so no problem. CONS The room doesn't have toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo or hair conditioner so you need to bring those or buy them below in the 7eleven. The room desk has only 1 chair, if it had 2 chairs it would have been better as the room is obviously intended for 2 people since the bed is big. OVERALL CONCLUSION Amazing fairly priced experience, as a straightforward couple we are very satisfied with our stay, and will book with this hotel chain again when needed...
