I stood in line for like an hour due to poor service. The cashier is slow and I noticed that he keeps taking small breaks. There's nothing wrong with that but sometimes it's unnecessary as there's a line with like 8 people in the line and you keep talking with the other staff. Well I know it's not easy to be part of the fastfood crew with little to no staff but I hope they maintain the professionalism within. Aside from that most of the foods are not available, our main dish was served for like 30 minutes then we wait another 30 minutes before we get our side dishes. The main dish served doesn't have any spoons and forks, we even asked for water but the staff ignored us. Since our order is incomplete I ask for any updates since I saw other customers already have their sides while we still haven't had it. I ask the cashier from the beginning if they can serve it already since we are done eating our main dish and as we waited for like an hour. But again he just looked at me and never gave me a proper answer. We've been mad since the food is not yet served and it's getting late already, the staff only give it to us when we are about to leave.
Poor accommodation, poor service. I never want to leave such remarks but it's maddening and I hope they'll change...

I wasnt sure what the options were regarding combos and the lady that served me couldn't assist with advising me on the best options price wise I received the order over grab drivers shoulder and carried both trays myself to the table I asked the cashier if it was large fries that I was served and she just laughed at me. Chicken was disappointing bland,seemingly old oil that was used,no freshness Fries was old ,too little for a large order and was actually quite disgusting Rice was like mashed rice it was so overcooked 520 pesos later I should rather have gone further down the road when I already realised I was not getting decent service at the counter Jollibee should look at the difference in service at Fisher Mall Navotas and this branch Your service stinks as well as your food! I ordered a 4-pc. family chicken bucket and a 6-piece bucket of chicken, and I received three gravy canisters. I requested for extra gravy from the manager who prepared the meal, but she informed me that I would need to make an additional payment. After learning, I informed her that the 4pc Family Bucket does not include gravy. She yelled at her workers to finish the orders before checking-it-out after I physically presented the items and checked them. I was surprised because she prepares the order but still places the blame for incomplete orders on her workers.
As I took-off and checked out my orders upon arrival, I was shocked to discover that the 6-pc Chicken bucket only had 5 pieces. They are not picking up when I call their number, despite my attempts. I'm hoping the staff will work hard to make sure all of the orders are followed before releasing it. Additionally, the manager should take responsibility for the incident rather than point fingers or yell at her employees because doing so made the crew feel scared and uneasy, often resulting to committing mistakes...
