Pares Kimchi - Intramuros — Restaurant in Manila

I had a wonderful dining experience at Pares Kim Chi. The Korean beef noodles were excellent, served at the perfect temperature with tender beef and flavorful soup complementing the noodles perfectly. The pigar pigar was reminiscent of the authentic Pangasinan style, and the chicken wings, comparable in size to McDonald's, stood out in their own league. Ordered the Korean beef noodle stew but the stew had no noodles just the beef chunks so that was weird even the photo they showed me on their wall shows noodles for the dish so ya a bit weird. The beef chunks had a nice taste but the white rice had a texture as if it was old. I asked for a side of kimchi and the price was 100 when the food set was 175 so that also was weird.

I missed this restaurant. Not that we dined in na but I discovered this first in Grab around the pandemic. Pares tapos Kimchi? Their Korean Beef Stew lives up to my expectation - malapit na lasa with the other old Korean fast food resto which was my fave also. Pares is satisfying. Garlic rice kung garlic rice.
