Was looking for a coffee shop in Intramuros that was open early because I was super hungry after a bike ride from Makati. Has its standard menu - ordered bacon and mushroom omelet and iced mocha. Server was also accommodating when I asked for extra ice for my tumbler. Overall the experience met my expectations for a Figaro branch, but I wish they would not use disposable plastic cups for people dining in. By the way, there's no bike parking but you can park your bike by the entrance. Easy to keep an eye on it from the inside.

My partner and I were very thirsty so we ordered 3 drinks in total - a Spanish coffee & 2 refreshing tea. The Spanish coffee tasted fine, but the 2 refreshing tea tasted somewhat questionable. And I personally think they did not use a clean/fresh water for the tea as it had a weird aftertaste after every swallow. It tasted like those unclean water. Also, upon making payment, I said "thank you", and the guy taking my money didn't even say "thank you" back. It is these simple things that will not make me...

I ate here today for lunch because figaro is one of my favorite cafes because they serve good food. However, I am disappointed at this branch because it took them over an hour to serve my sandwich. Imagine, it is just a sandwich and it took long to prepare? Jusko. Some of their staff were also rude and kinda noisy but some were accommodating. I also ordered a drink and it was served after 10 minutes.

If you are in a rush or not okay in waiting for HOURS for your food, I do not recommend eating at...
