King Sisig — Restaurant in Manila

If you are a fan of sisig this place offers a variety of choices. They have pork, chicken, bbq pork, lechon (roasted pork), bangus (milkfish) sisig and pares sisig (egg and braised beef in chinese noodle stew.)

The other reviews have already stated it, but I'll say it again. The place is a bit rundown and they are a bit understaffed and it especially shows during lunch and dinner times.

However, if you're able to look pass all the little things and just focus on the food, then it will be a good experience.

If I were to review King Sisig Pedro Gil branch based on food alone, I would give it five stars, but I also have to review the location and staff as well which are not that great.

Oh and price might a bit high for those used to cheap sisig. As of July 22, 2019 their porky pork sisig is at around Php99 while their lechon sisig is around Php150. This will give you an idea on the prices. These could easily reach Php 200+ if you include extras such as drinks, extra egg and unlimited rice option.

Typical King Sisig fast food. The crew are attentive but not very welcoming. Will take your order straightforward and that's it. The utensils are clean. They offer plastic straws. The condiments are complete as well as the service - you don't have to wait long for that extra rice and they give calamansi generously upon request. The air-conditioning and ventilation is acceptable, but you will still notice the kitchen smoke and smell and might stick to your clothes...
