Midnight Haven (L.A. Cafe)

Opened 24 hrs, this place literally never closes. Surreal experience if you've never googled it before, slightly less surreal if you have. There's a reason the ladies outnumber the guys by a large ratio. I was never bothered or accosted so I can respect that they're there to earn a living and still respect your space. Safe place to sober up and get great food. A little on the pricey side but the pizza, sinigang, chicken, fries etc were all great. Friendly staff will try to milk you for drinks etc but you're still in charge of how you spend your pesos. Donate to the local economy isn't the worst thing you can do. Second floor is more of the same and apparently has a P100 entry fee but I was never assessed it. Gotta check every place out at least once in your life!
