MANG INASAL DIVISORIA MALL — Restaurant in Manila

The worst Mang Inasal ever. It says on their delivery website that they are open until 1900. I placed my order by 1752 and it pushed through. Payment has been made and Lalamove rider was there to pick up my orders. I was informed by their crew that they have nothing to give me since they are already preparing to close the store and no stocks available. They also cannot track my order and was questioned if I ordered from a legit Mang Inasal branch. They did not solve my problem and just hanged up the phone. I have no ways to contact them since they are not answering the number listed on the website. (We were able to communicate using the lalamove rider's phone when he was there) I was even blamed for not calling their branch prior to placing my orders online. I was dumbfounded with their reasonings since it doesn't make any sense. I then asked them to compensate the rider since he has been with us for more than 30 minutes already and the lady manager only asked me to cancel my booking with him as well. Irresponsible and inconsiderate. Hoping someone from the head office will contact me on how to refund my paid order.

Update: I called the following day and someone named Angela or Angeli answered and solved my issue in less than 15 minutes. She is capable and responsible. I hope the lady manager can...

Grabi yong na experience namin dito sa divisoria mall Mang inasal. Ngaun kulang masasabi na ayaw kunang bumalik dito grabi super substandard lahat pag kain service. Ang dogyot. Kumain kami nong Dec. 24, 2023 in afternoon. Ang bagal Ng service tapos pag bigay pa Ng toyo at kalamansi, Ang kalamansi at Ang kalamsi nilagay mismo sa Tuyo.
