Starbucks Lucky Chinatown Mall — Restaurant in Manila

Yesterday we had our coffee bonding with my siblings and my kids at starbucks lucky chinatown at around 4-5pm. We ordered many and even ordered for take out. We left the place with a happy face and go directly at the market when my daughter ask if she can go back to starbucks to pee. When she came back to us she remind us of our take out which is the chocolate toffee loaf. To our surprise, she told us that she saw the SERVICE CREW GIVING IT TO THEIR SECURITY GUARD 😲, WHAT THE? 👹 it's not how much we spend for the bread! But thinking the customer might come back to get the food we left at the table.. so disappointing! You should have wait for at least an hour before giving it to others but it's just a minutes! Went there to relax, have a beverage and snack and do some work on my computer. I asked an employee which table had an outlet when I could plug in my computer. He said, "Sorry we don’t have any outlets." Then I asked if they had a CR inside the store and he begins to tell me directions to the CR inside the mall. Considering the ridiculously high prices they charge for the drinks and food...they should have electrical outlets at every table.

There are far better coffee stores in the mall that have electrical outlets for customers and far better coffee at reasonable prices.

Don't waste your time with these clowns at Starbucks...unless you are a Starbucks cult follower who has been indoctrinated to believe Starbucks has the best coffee,...

Coffee and dessert always follow my almost weekly lunch date with a good friend. This week, we had our lunch in the 3/F of Lucky Chinatown. We opted for Starbucks as our coffee venue. My Cappuccino was piping hot-just as I like it. The macadamia cookie was soft and chewy without being the usual saccharine overpowering taste among the usual cookies. Customers were plenty but service was fast. We had one Venti take out and I requested a paper bag, which was kindly given to me.

The only thing that needs improvement prompter cleaning of tables. I actually saw one customer cleaning/clearing away the previous customers’ “trash” while all the service crew is busy...
