Mang Inasal — Restaurant in Manila

Unorganized staff during night time. Plenty of pending orders. No one is checking the pending orders. Ordered by 20:16 but almost 21:00 no order was recieved. While the price is ok, most of the menu are unavailable after 6pm. Hope the management change this soon, otherwise better close down for poor services.

Few minutes before 21:00 we saw my order was placed on the grill but only a few minutes (maybe about 5 minutes) my order was being served but we already cancelled it due to the long wait. Please do not do this again to...

Worst Mang Inasal in the country! I wish I could rate this lower as it doesn't even deserve 1 star. The lady preparing the food were very rude, and was giving me attitude.

Another reason, is that a lot of their food in their menu were not available! Why are you even still open?

Aircon doesn't work and it was hot in the restaurant.

Chicken oil was very limited. I remember back a couple of years, chicken oil was just on the table and anyone can freely use it. Now they carry it around...

WORST MANG INASAL!

We wanted to order chicken legs (paa) pero sabi 25 mins pa daw so we opt to get the wings nalang. Ito lang yung mga orders namin.

1 pecho 1 lumpia toge 1 crema de leche

So nag antay kami, nung ni follow up namin sabi ng cashier, I won’t forget her name… “Nor” ang name niya, while taking order she sound rude na talaga and she said “Ma’am binigyan ko po kayo ng time 25 mins po yung chicken” so we waited again. So while waiting nag 7-eleven muna kami kasi harap lang naman siya ng mang inasal. Pag balik namin, yung crema de leche lang ang na balot tapos yung the rest wala pa. Ang nakakainis pa mas Nauna pa nabigay yung nahuli nag order sa amin.

Tapos finollow up namin sabi niya “Ma’am binabalot na” then ako pumunta doon and wala akong nakitang binabalot. So binalikan ko siya sabi ko “Ate ifollow up mo sa mga kasamahan mo” and she freaking said “Kayo nalang mag follow up ma’am, punching lang ako dito” abay trabaho niya mag follow up, tapos kami inutusan??? Tapos she’s just using a phone lang! Take note closing na to! Wala nang masyadong tao

Ending… Ayun wala kaming naorder almost 1 hour kami nag antay. Pinarefund nalang namin yung binayad namin. Nagutom lang kami

And worst di siya nag sorry. Ang nagsorry mga taga kitchen pa! Siya front of the house ganyan ugali niya? Jusko! Kaya I won’t forget her name...
