McDonald's — Restaurant in Manila

This franchise hates me in particular.

I've had multiple incidents with this franchise not limited to: Slow service Unupdated kiosk items Not including utensils for takeout orders Lying about the minimum food purchase for Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card Discount Not giving me my change and dismissing me for minutes. I even had to empty my pockets and show my wallet to the cashier to prove that I haven't received my change.

The only reason I come back to this franchise is due to convenience. Absolutely horrendous service.

Update: I came back to this franchise again to eat breakfast to my own dissatisfaction. How can they make me wait 20 minutes for an Egg McMuffin with coffee and hash brown? What, did they harvest the coffee beans themselves and brewed the coffee from scratch? Did they take a potato from their garden, grated it, and fried it? Did they wait for the chicken to lay an egg to assemble my McMuffin? There is absolutely no valid reason for them to make me wait for this long.

I am perplexed at how many times this franchise had successfully ruined my day. There literally was less than 5 customers at the time of me ordering and STILL they managed to waste my time. Maybe it was my fault for thinking that the service would improve when this franchise had consistently screwed me over.

This establishment's atmosphere was the only thing I could genuinely compliment, but this place is now infested with flies. Disgusting, but also...

This McDonald's on Padre Noval St., is my usual spot for a quick bite, given its fantastic accessibility to the school. However, one thing that I've noticed, and my blockmates agree, is that ordering a Big Mac here tends to take longer than expected. It's not a major issue, but it's a bit of a head-scratcher for such a straightforward order.

On a lighter note, there was this one time I forgot to mention I wanted my order for takeout. When I clarified, the service girl seemed to roll her eyes – a bit odd, but no big deal; my bad for not...
