Cashier is unequipped with the knowledge on how to operate the cash register. Usually if you are just purchasing an add-on (extra gravy, extra rice, etc.) the staff will assist you directly via the cashier because the order kiosks usually have 5-10 people PER MACHINE in line (at the time I was there THIS was how packed it was). And the cashiers are usually empty. She did not know how to operate it (unlike every other McDo staff I've encountered in McDo branches around Metro Manila who KNOW how to do so) so she did not know how to charge just 1 rice. So she told me to just line up in the kiosk (with about 5-10 people in line at the time per machine) "para mabilis" daw, while the cashier line was empty. What kind of LOGIC is THAT? I already noticed that she never greets her customers and hurriedly ask for their orders . Since I haven't brought my face shield, I had no choice. I just went through to her. I ordered fillet with fries and drinks and I told her to make it an ala king fillet and I was told that I should tell it to her ahead of time. She prepared my orders and I asked her if she had included the ketchup since I ordered fries but she just said yes and called the next customer in line.
