McDonald's Padre Faura J Bocobo — Restaurant in Manila

This Mcdonalds branch might HATE people.

We visited this branch April 7, 2023. We were happy because most restaurants are closed on this date but most fastfoods are open. However this gratitude will later on be changed to hate because on a very hot summer afternoon, this branch had barely any airconditioning going on. It may be understandable if there are a few customers but there are a lot of customers when we came.

I thought it was just the heat from outside but when I held my hand near one of their low airconditioning, there was barely any air coming out.

Furthermore, I say that they hate the people because it was so obvious that customers feel the heat. A lot of people where fanning themselves with anything they can use. My handkerchief was also wet from all the sweat.

If you ask me why did we stay, well we only noticed that there was barely any airconditioning after we have ordered. If we have noticed earlier, we will not dine in. But to the middle of our lunch, we decided to just ask the food for takeout because we can barely survive the heat. The street was better because at least even if it's hot outside at least there's wind.

I cannot say anything about the food: 6 pcs chicken 3 pcs rice 1 large shake shake fries 3 large orange juice

Well, it was Mcdonalds, what can you expect for the food to be different than any Mcdonalds. It was the same with other branches. I always love Mcdo food

The service is also bad. 1) Our orders came in 30 minutes late and we have to constantly bug the crew because we noticed a lot of customers who went later than us had their food earlier even if our orders were just chicken and fries and most customers have the same orders. 2) When we asked to take out our food because it was hot, they gave us a plastic that is too crumpled. Not a plastic bag that is new or Mcdo plastic, it was an outside crumpled used plastic bag. I don't know if it was sanitary to do that.

It is just that this branch really makes you feel hell on...

I give one star for this fast food because there’s no parking lot and the security told me that I cannot take too long in the fast food because my motorcycle would be clutch but all I saw is that they are making only space for there delivery motorcycle. And here’s the photo after 15mins they move my motorcycle in vulnerable place where I could get a fine and now I’m having my coffee outside and sitting on my motorcycle!! GOODJOB MCDONALDS!! Also the motorcycle outside I saw is for employee outside the McDonalds which they didn’t move and I am a customer have a privilege to get park for only 30mins which they can’t give my demands. Good Job McDonalds BCC...

The visit to McDonald's was okay, but there was a longer wait because it was busy. The food was typical for the brand, but not particularly remarkable. Service was friendly and efficient, but the wait was a bit annoying. Prices were fair and reasonable for what you got. The ambiance was typical of a fast food joint and not particularly comfortable.
