For 415 Php ok naman, masarap ang food and you'll get 1pc chicken, 1 Rib, 1 side (potato salad), and 1 rice. Masarap din yung barbeque sauce para doon sa rib, so wag niyo kalimutan manghingi. Masarap naman yung fried chicken, lutong luto at hindi rin maalat masyado tbh nothing special. Yung Potato salad, ok rin hindi naman nakakaumay yung dressing sakto lang. Masarap din naman yung rib, yun nga lang it's quite tough and quite dry unlike sa iba kong nakainan na juicy and super lambot talaga, mas naeenhance yung lasa ng rib if you'll put a bbq sauce on it.

Btw, wala palang drink na kasama 'to so you need to order pa or pwede naman manghingi nalang ng water. In my case, nag pa-add ako ng 1 glass of red iced tea ata 'yon worth 155 Php, parang medyo overpriced pero ok lang wala na nainom at naorder ko na eh hahaha and again nothing special lasang iced tea ganon hahaha hindi super tamis sakto lang, nakalagay sa tall glass, and Twinings pala yung brand ng iced tea nila.

Mababait naman ang staff yun nga lang hindi attentive masyado. Tsaka sana kapag nakita na nakapwesto na yung customer/s tanungin niyo naman kung gusto ba ng water muna while waiting for the food especially nowadays super init ng weather or mas maganda nga kung bigyan na agad ng complimentary water ganon. Mas mabilis pa pagabot ng bill eh di pa nga tapos kumain hahaha charot.

To sum it up, ok na rin when it comes sa food, ok naman talaga kasi masarap. Yung sa service lang talaga medyo may concern ng konti and needs an improvement. Idk, baka kasi malapit na sila non magclose kaya ganon, super pagod, or wala sa mood. I hope that the management will take this review in a positive way para mas maging maayos yung dining experience ng future...

Bad service. Servers are inattentive. Place is mostly empty but everyone seems to have tunnel vision. food quality is not up to par with what you'd expect from RACKS. We ordered surf 'n turf and rib & chicken plate. The fish's breading is overcooked/on the verge of being burnt, but the fish itself seems to be cooked just enough. The portion is 1/4 of the size shown in the menu. The chicken leg seems like it came from a malnourished chicken. It's pale, and the portion is really small. For the pork ribs, the portion is similar to what is shown on the menu. However, it is TOUGH, far from the "falls of the bone" ribs that RACKS is known for. The worst American food has to offer. Everything is overpriced and tastes like the cheapest, most poorly made fast food. The pulled pork sandwich had so little meat but it was over-seasoned to the point of being inedible. 40 peso Angel's burger is much better than this. They dare to charge over 300 pesos for it. What is it with their fried chicken? It's sour and the type of sour tastes like it has spoiled. Who thought this is a good recipe? Did the head office chef get corona when designing this dish? The fact that this place has a 4.3 rating shows what the standard of food in Manila is, in that there is no standard at all. Throw some trash on a plate and people here...
