Food is okay and service size is good. The store has a lot of tables and chairs, and even has its own comfort room for customers. We arrived at little after lunch time so there were not a lot of customers -- maybe just 4 tables were occupied at most but service was soooo slow. The staff were not attentive and refused to accept promo orders which was publicized with an on table menu since they "don't have spring onions" so they won't offer promo at all because of this garnish even if we noted we don't mind if it goes without spring onions. We ended up ordering a full-sized specialty ramen, which my son found delicious and filling; and two kiddie meals which was served in very cute car trays. They did not serve the 2 ice creams that comes with the meal.

Ramen Nagi never disappoints! Their signature Butao King is a comforting classic—rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced. The Gyu King is another favorite, with its tender beef and deep, savory broth that feels like a warm hug in a bowl. I was lucky to try their Foie Gras King during the limited run last July, and it was an indulgent masterpiece—luxurious and bursting with flavor. For those who love spice, the Red Inferno King packs a fiery kick while still delivering bold umami goodness. And the Soft Shell Crab King? A seafood lover’s dream with crispy crab and flavorful broth that’s truly unforgettable. Whether you’re a ramen purist or love adventurous flavors, Ramen Nagi always delivers bowls that satisfy and surprise. A must-visit for ramen lovers!

We went there for dinner. 3 out of 4 orders arrived on time. After 10min of waiting I followed up my order and they missed it. I ordered the original Ramen with pork. The taste of the soup is acceptable but the pork smells and tastes like hog. Kinda disappointing because of its price and the quality of meat is poor. The ambience is noisy and kinda messy. Order slip is also confusing that they end up asking what kind of order I have. Do not recommend and with the price of P500 per bowl is pricey for it's value. Look elsewhere.
