Sunset Over Pares — Restaurant in Manila

That place is filthy. The vegetables are covered in dirt, not even washed after coming from the market—just chopped up and placed on a tray without a cover. The people tenderizing meat do it right next to the dining area, and they're just as unhygienic—shirtless, smoking while stirring the soup. Some of them are completely bare-chested while handling the meat. The hands and nails of the servers are dirty. The staff are rude when talking to customers. Feels like a scam. And as soon as you finish eating, they practically kick you out—you can’t even stay to finish your soft drink, which you bought from them. Every container for condiments is disgustingly filthy. The tables, chairs, and even the utensil holders are covered in dust. The soup is just lukewarm. The place is absolutely disgusting. Too bad there’s no zero-star rating here. I hope the Manila City Sanitation Office and Health Department inspect this place...

Anyway... this is also a go to place for streetfood pares. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. This usually have long queue during lunch... better visit around 11am if you want to...
