Chili's Alabang Town Center — Restaurant in Muntinlupa

NEVER AGAIN from this specific restaurant. The disrespect my mom got from them is so ATROCIOUS. To make it simple, they are allergic to discounts. PWD discounts on top of that. Not sure about the senior one since wala naman kaming kasamang senior so we never really get to try. But here's the thing;

as my mom and her friend were billing out from this resto, one of their staffs said na hindi daw nag reread ang number ng PWD id ng mom ko. This is the first time ever na nangyari yon since we have ALWAYS used her PWD ID for discounts just fine. Bigger company owned restos, For medicines, etc., nagagamit naman ng mom ko, she even did groceries that day before her flight pa nga using her PWD ID discount.

Pero itong si staff pinipilit talaga na hindi nag reread. so uhm, how is it our fault? it's like they're pushing na fake ung id or parang faulty talaga on our part or worse, they're pushing that we would rob them of a little discount??? (FYI, ha normally others would even take a picture then note nalang later for their system input or whatsoever eh pero they really showed no effort talaga, ew lang.)

Grabe kayo CHILIS. Hahaha, never na talaga sainyo ponyeta kayo. The humiliation you gave my mom tapos walang compensation or good customer service(pasensya) manlang on top of that. Your resto can be reported for denying customer's rights for...

Service is great and most of the dishes are amazing. The loaded boneless wings are my favorite, absolutely great! The menu has great pictures and makes you hungry.

Two things that nuance this positive review with improvement points. The fries had the same crunchiness as spaghetti. They were soggy.

If you're a steak enthusiast, I wouldn't recommend to order the T-Bone. I tried it, advertised on the menu with maillard (grill lines) and "seared to perfection".

There was no crust, no maillard effect, the meat was tough, a huge amount of fat, not pre-cut, no salt flakes, served on a deep plate and you're offered a bread knife to butcher it with. Not worth the 40 dollars.

The manager explained that they're not able to achieve the grill lines in this restaurant (those grill lines give the good caramelized flavor and shows that the outside is seared with the right temperature).

Compensation was a free desert. Fair, since we ate the steak anyways.

After all, usually had great experiences at chilli's. The staff is very friendly, the rice meals and burgers are great. The fries and stake can be majorly improved for...

We would go to Chilli’s ATC as a family every time we visit our parents in the Philippines. It was always a good experience until our recent visit last week. I don’t know exactly why, but we noticed there are just too many crews. We ask question like, can I have the iced tea without sugar or syrup? And the staff needs to consult his manager or something? But later on forget about it. Also, took 20 mins for the bill to come around. While at least 5x crews stood behind us doing dont know what.. The food.. it’s so-so. I would say, downgraded in time.. Burger is too dry. Cheese quesadillas got smaller and drier.. the ribs, is full of ketchup, you cannot see the meat anymore.. the salmon is too small compared to how it was advertised in the menu… cappuccino milk frothing looks like something I would do as amateur from my kitchen. Atmosphere… the same, loud music. Cannot hear your family talking. Too cold as you sit longer, AC is blasted out. I hope they improve, we need some good Mexican...
