North Park Noodles - Muntinlupa — Restaurant in Muntinlupa

Reason why we choose the North Park South Supermarket due to the queque at the ATC North Park.

We had a bad experience with this branch because of lack of taste on the food we ordered.

For today, we return the chow fan fried rice because of lack of taste (walang lasa) they recook or cook new one and base on my observatio and aroma it was cooked well, this time it is good fried rice.

Another one is during the billing, process is good but when we request for manual OR (official na recibo for BIR purposes) it takes so much time. They don't know how to issue a manual OR.

Another issue is that, I request for a Tea and the new trainee bring tea which is not a tea it just a plaine water, anyway they replace it with hot tea.

Please not that I love Chinese food.

Some good things also noted, like some new trainee are good, also the supervisor is ok naman.

I have been a loyal customer of North Park at South Supermarket Alabang, but I’ve encountered several frustrating experiences that need to be addressed. Yesterday, my daughter and I ordered food for takeout, and I specifically requested tendon soup with noodles. However, when I arrived home, I discovered that the noodles were missing from my order. This is the worst North Park I ordered a takeout meal last Saturday. Placed and took order 7pm and it took them almost an hour to prepare it. They prioritize Grab and Food 0anda orders and the staff has no sense of urgency. My daughter is sick and we needed to get home asap. Comparing to other high end restaurant their service does not match. For example at Hong Kong chef Macapagal we placed an order and in less than ,15 minutes food were served and it was more than 10 menus. So please avoid this branch if you want a...
