Pancake House South Supermarket GBrothers Foods Inc. — Restaurant in Muntinlupa

Ordered for curbside pickup, had to go in instead. The order had already been placed 25 min earlier, still had to wait 30 min just for pancakes and waffles. Restaurant is less than half full. Seem they only started the order after arriving for pickup. Cashier decides that instead of answering your questions ignoring you is the way to go. They are not even listed on the pancake house website for feedback. Now 1 hour since the order was placed. Finally arrived with not even an apology in sight. If the staff would at least say sorry we had many orders or burners are not working or anything, it would be understandable. Lots of motorcycle pickups here also waiting at least an hour. Maybe molito brach is a better option...

Great place to have a breakfast date with your spouse after running errands (groceries at South Supermarket and medicines at Mercury Drug).

The place itself is small, but if you're super early, it's not going to get packed. The service crew were nice, and patiently explain new products only if you ask. I was curious about their bibingka pancakes, so I had that instead of the usual classic pancakes. To be fair, it's really good. You can taste the hint of bibingka, but also enjoy the fluffiness of pancakes. The set comes with muscovado and coconut shavings.

Hubby and I enjoyed our usual orders, too. He usually gets a set with a taco, and I always order Fiesta Taco Salad.

Pancake House has always been a favorite of our family. We decided to have a light lunch here since when we try to go to Festival Mall they guards there are not accommodating enough for my mom in wheelchair. That’s why we transferred here in South Supermarket. The moment we parked guard already assisted us and even tried to guide us to make sure my mom is safe. Then when we got to the place staff is also accommodating to make sure we are seated in the front space so my mom wouldn’t walk that far. My mom’s favorite is Spanish omelette, mine is spaghetti with bread and my sister...
