March 18, 2023: To make a long story short, their cook needs to learn how to cook an egg WELL DONE 🍳 as requested, and I paid a service charge for this!

Drop your service charge, be thankful we came to support your business! We had dinner there on Christmas night of 2021. And to make a long story short, we ask the waitress to prepare the rest of our meal for take out. The next day when we were preparing to heat the leftovers, we realized that the portion size had been reduced from what we have on our plates.

This happened to me once before when I ate there, but I thought nothing of it at the time. I won't mention the timeframe or the waitress name this time! So a lesson learned is for all customers to convey to their waiter /waitress, to ensure that they package up all of the food on your plate that you intend to take out, and I recommend you check it prior to leaving the...

Unprofessional and rude. We ordered take out as it was good Friday and not a lot of places opened and when my mom questioned why there was a service charge (in a very polite manner) they answered in a professional way that they always charged it even for take out. But then the server told his co workers, they mocked us and said "ang kuripot naman nila!" We didn't refuse to pay and my mom is a senior citizen who was only asking because it is not customary for take outs to be charged a service fee. If we were " kuripot" as you say we were, we would have up and left and would not think twice on not paying you for what we ordered. Their management needs to hire more professional people! This is our first time here and will be the last. Now I know why this location is always empty even if they have cheap food....

I ordered the danggit silog and asked the server if it was salty. He said he hadn’t tried it and didn’t bother to check with the kitchen—even though we were the only customers at that time. It would’ve only taken a minute to ask, so I’m giving a one-star rating for the service.

The danggit was extremely salty. I ended up eating only two pieces and had to eat more rice, along with the egg and tomatoes, just to balance out the saltiness. It really wasn’t enjoyable. My friend ordered the Bicol Express, but that one wasn’t that good either.

The place was actually okay, but since it’s an open area, there were a lot of mosquitoes. I asked if we could move to the inner section, but the crew said it was already closed. So I just sat there getting feasted on by mosquitoes...
