McDonald's Shell Macapagal — Restaurant in Parañaque

Was staying at a hotel nearby. Ate here twice. Review is based on these two experiences.

First, ordered a soft drink. Coke Zero.

Normally I would think the Zero means no sugar. At this McDo it means zero carbonation. No bubbles. Bubble free syrup. It was nasty.

The breakfast rice bowl dishes were as good as expected. No issue. Done well.

Ordered a Sausage Egg McMuffin. One of my favorite breakfast sandwiches of all time.

Sausage was good. Egg cooked. Cheese good. But the English Muffin bread was untoasted. Cold. Just bread. Kind of ruined the whole sandwich.

Lastly fried. Received cold fries which had been sitting out a long time. Dead and soggy. Like cooked over an hour ago. Hard to bite through

On the positive note, the security guards here are always super nice, friendly, and helpful. They should be recognized.

Also, the place was clean. Housekeeping is important here. Good job.

In conclusion, I know I would not eat here in the future because of these issues. The quality of soft drinks and fresh fries are hallmarks of the McDonald's institution. This location did not clear...

I find the service in this branch un accomodating to their customer. Especially the cashier(mostly women) Always doesnt have a change of a bill, asking for a smaller, if you cant give any small bill they will give you coins only, This always happens and I find it an isolated case since other branch are not like this. another example is I ask for a tomato Ketchup but they did not give the specific ketchup I ask for instead its a banana kind, I ask why other customer have it, they said its out of stock, after awhile I check again and they have a stock of the tomato one. This newly renovated branch of McDonald's re-opened a few months ago. It clearly has been updated inside and out. The interiors are definitely more modern. Although it's new, I prefer the old seats as compared to the new ones which are just plain wooden stools. The parking slots are gone, left with only 3 slots that can be accessed via the drive thru.
