Yellow Cab Pizza Co. — Restaurant in Parañaque

Food is good except for the charlie chan pasta. Had too much sauce and little pasta making it super salty and spicy compared to the usual.

Raised it to staff and manager and they insisted "ganyan talaga yan, galing yan commissary" using a tone as if what we're raising is ludicrous. We raised they should taste it to verify but they declined naman. Definitely something was off with the preparation, it was almost inedible. 🤷🏻‍♀️

The cashier was probably having a bad day. She was transparently not pleased about changes to our order when we were ordering. This branch really bad service.

To add, they also have no ice at all in their branch. 🤷🏻‍♀️ They said cold naman daw iced tea nila kaya no ice at all.

Their bathroom was really stinky too. They had no customers when we arrived not sure why they can't attend to their store properly.

For positive notes: the shrimp and garlic pizza was delicious the sriracha chicken strips and wings were very tasty. Not too spicy and crunchy chicken the potato wedges were alright.

The house blend iced tea 1 Liter was raspberry flavoured. It was not good hahaha. Just order the sola iced tea they also...

The rain yesterday was stronger than flushing a blocked IV line. I was wet as a mice running, crossing the highway with nothing but my alter ego and dignity.

Seeing an empty Yellow Cab gave me an opportunity to dry myself with Pneumonia and a bottle of Brew Kettle. That grin the almost retiring- security personnel gave made me realize that the rain wasnt at all bad, despite the fact that Im badly in need of putting myself in a dryer.

I ordered an overpriced pasta, with nothing but soy sauce and sugar on it (Charlie Chan), and a hot steamy hotdog classic in a bun.

I was hoping for a 20 minute prep or lets say 30, but who wouldve thought, my food arrived after an hour. Exactly 1230pm. Vacation? Relaxing? whatever it is, im still mad about the rain and how soaked I am. I used to be a Kevin when the food is late but it made me realize that these guys needs some slack off their chest.

Before i forget, to all front liners out there,If you are given a light colored cotton polo shirt as a uniform, DO NOT WEAR PRINTED undergarments because it is damn obvious. Yes I see you girl. Customer Service was at par but please wear skin tone...

The service here is terrible. I would not recommend this location nor come back unless I was desperate.

The customer service provided: soda machine was not working- therefore customers CANNOT purchase Set A or B because the manager would not allow Soda in a can as an alternative for the drink.

As a customer the restaurant SHOULD provide soda in a can or plastic 2L bottle. Just because soda pop is not working- therefore menu should be cancelled when other alternative drinks are available?? Why should the customer suffer when it is the fault of the restaurant- unable to fulfill a working soda machine today.

“The cashier computer wont allow” and “unable to process” Set A or B was very disappointing. If I only had 699 pesos and wanted set A- I am forced to purchase set C which is 1599 - where soda in a bottle is available in that combo/ and not the fountain machine pop.

The food is good- but...
