A dismal dining experience! I recently dined here with my elderly aunt and uncle, and I can confidently say this was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. While the food was passable, the sheer incompetence and indifference of the service made the meal utterly unpleasant.
From the start, the waitstaff displayed an alarming lack of attentiveness and professionalism. Despite the fact that bread is a standard accompaniment at most Italian restaurants, it was not brought out until the very end of the meal—an oversight that set the tone for the rest of the evening.
We ordered two soups, a salad, pasta, and a pizza. The pacing of service was painfully slow, with no logical order or prioritization. Diners who arrived much later than us were served well before we were, despite our repeated attempts to get the staff’s attention. The delay and lack of communication were frustrating enough, but what happened with our soup order took the experience to a new low.
At the end of the meal—and only because we prompted them—we were informed that the chef did not want to make the soups. No explanation, no apology, and no communication until we asked. How is this acceptable in any professional kitchen, let alone one purporting to serve authentic Italian cuisine?
A restaurant that cannot provide even the most basic level of hospitality should seriously reevaluate its purpose.
If you’re looking for a place where your time and dignity will be respected, look elsewhere. Pavarotti may boast of its Italian menu, but its service is anything but Italian in spirit. Truly...
Read moreNot worth a visit. We ordered 2 pizzas and a pasta on NYE and the first pizza that arrived was made wrong, the pasta was flavourless and the last pizza came out 30 mins after we finished the first 2 dishes. However, the staff is not to blame here but rather the management. We didn’t mind the wrong pizza or the late food but our issue is what we heard from the staff about the management. They had 1 man in the back cranking out all the pizzas, the servers were confused on what table ordered what and after talking to a few of them it was revealed that they were all overworked that day with minimal breaks and no time to eat themselves, they were all hungry. Considering the management was asking for feedback: coming from someone with a few years managing an Italian restaurant myself, invest in your employees! They are the backbone of your reputation, your establishment and ultimately your profits and livelihood. I watched the owner/manager walk around talking to guests and having a good time but taking care of your employees is just as important. These guys are already spending their NYE away from their families, the least you can do is make sure every station is adequately staffed, fed and taken care of with breaks. A managers job isn’t just to please the guests but is to also please their team and provide good leadership, training and compensation. Please, take some time to reevaluate your teams efforts and to...
Read moreTo start with my review, kudos to the whole staff of Pavarotti Italiano.i was there at okada Manila with my Korean friends and Found it Fancy to see this Beautiful Bistro/Art Gallery in the midst of the Busy Fountain Area of the Hotel. It caught my eye when i saw the colorful and beautiful dining set up of the place. The staff was courteous and friendly, they made sure our Dining Experience was one not Just for Instagram but for the books!! The place was full of Art and I cant help but be amazed by the number of beautiful pieces they have. VENUE was perfect for an italian craving with a glass of wine. The food was served just on time, Our pasta dish was served and that Aglio Olio was to comeback for, just the right serving to share for at least 3-4 people. Then our Chicken Malinese and Pizza was delivered at our table just at the same time..Oh my what a feast for the palate.. Pepperoni and Margarita Mix just for the right Italian craving. The chicken malinese is a house best seller so no wonder it was bursting with the right flavors. since i was with korean friends we drank a bottle of soju for sure! The Owner Ms. OLAH GRAY BRADY was a charning lady and very attentive to her guests. My overall experience with Pavarotti Italiano was a sure hit, i will make sure to recommend this place to my...
