This restaurant was one of the worst ones in recent memory, and I don't write that many reviews to begin with.
Food was horrible, the meat and the vegetables for the hotpot were clearly not fresh. The meat already lost most of its flavors by the time you cook it, you can't even know if you were just chewing on a piece of rubber or not. The vegetables colors look so off, as if they have been sitting in the fridge for a whole week, before being served to us, and the cooks probably did not give it enough time to thaw because it still was frozen when it came to our table. Not to mention they just tasted awful. I never had such a bad thirst/aftertaste in the evening after dining(they put too much msg). The hotpot sauces were also sitting outside all day too and were not being replaced/replenished (spoiler alert: there's no customers). Prices were just so inflated, not even the foreigners would come here.
The service was just appalling as well. We knowingly asked for warm water, but was still served iced cold ones and had to ask again. We got a private room, but there were no waiters on standby inside and we had to go out to the room and walk way across the whole restaurant just to get their attention while they were just hiding in a corner and playing on their phones doing nothing at all. They also forgot to unlock the men's bathroom when it clearly was dinner time, making me use the women's bathroom (it wasn't on maintenance, they just told me to use the women's instead). The waiters/waitresses also gave me a stink eye for some unknown reason (why we will never know).
I only gave the atmosphere 2 stars solely because it was in Parqal. The old and uneven chairs, the loud music played by the staff, not to mention it also was empty during peak hours of a weekend, just feels off putting. The name of the restaurant suggest that it is some sort of Taiwanese or Korean cuisine fusion but in the end you will just end up having a fusion confusion.
No wonder why this place is still deserted after being open for only God knows how long. Might make me start to think that this place is just a money laundering front rather than a restaurant that gives an effort.

The dipping sauces add an extra layer of taste, allowing you to customize each bite. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the service is prompt and attentive. A must-try for...
