Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Pasay

What a Disappointment! I love B-dubs in the U.S.(My weekly hangout place in Daly City/San Francisco).

I was so excited to recommend this joint to my friends, it was a total disaster!!! The Chicken is on the brink of decay, as if it was thawed 24 hrs ago - their garlic parmesan chicken is an absolute Army fail (was my favorite flavor in the U.S. - but their version is absolutely third world. There was hardly any sauce. The garlic parmesan is inexistent- absolutely dry. Their local competitor FRANKIES beats them 10 to 1. The Buffalo Mild was an absolute fail as well. Needless to say, my beloved restaurant in the U.S. became a laughing stock of my local friends here in Manila - they said, they will not come back to it.

Ordered a High- priced Salad, 600 pesos, I think - they claim it was for sharing (the portion is honestly good for one person), comparable to a single serving (140 Pesos) at Texas Roadhouse, just next door.

My wife and friends ordered lemonade. It was so watered down, they asked what's the brand, it was some no- name super generic Lemonade, they eventually had to return it. Replacement Lemonade came, it was still disgusting and after laughing on how weird the taste was, they finally switched it to iced tea.

Going back to their Wings, it did not come with any dipping ranch or blue cheese dipping sauce - if you want it, they are charging you an arm and a leg just to have a sauce on their absolutely dry chicken (hardly any sauce for their Garlic Parmesan nor traditional Buffalo wings). Also, their wings did not come with the standard veggies (carrots and celery) and I imagine if you ask for it, they will charge you like they do for their ranch sauce (the portion of this sauce is an absolute joke as well), it was 1/8 of the sauce you'll get in the U.S.

Also ordered a slider, my friends here in Manila absolutely thrashed it, they said it was so bland, they'd rather eat at Jollibee.

I'm sorry I have to write this, but my Beloved U.S. restaurant became a laughing stock because of poor quality and greed of its owners, this restaurant will have to come around 360° in order to be even close to the Worst B-dubs in the U.S. (what a third World experience, stay away from them)

Waste of Money, please...

Went here to celebrate Fathers Day and it was awesome. Didn’t expect that this Bistro Chain is the one that will leave me happy and satisfied!

Atmosphere: 5/5 They are located in the corner of SMaison Mall/Conrad so you get that outdoor view of the wheel, the road and the bay. Window panels are huge so you feel that airy cozy feel of outdoor. They also had special set up for Fathers Day and that is an extra that made us special as well. Ill rate it 100/10 no joke. Store isnt crowded, well spaced and quite big.

Food: 5/5 We got the salad and its fresh and well seasoned, The nachos taste really good and the Onion Rings are the best Ive tasted so far. For mains we got the baby back, Honey Lime Chicken and Pork sisig, i like the first 2 its nicely cooked well balanced and delicious. Food serving is huge so come here with big appetite. Waiting time is fair at 15-20mins

Price: 5/5 Its worth the 400-600/pax range, you are in SMaisom so expect price is higher but you get your moneys worth.

Crew 5/5 They are all kind, courteous and professional here! I love it how they will make you feel home! The only bistro group chain that I rated 5, all across, they serve with hearts here. You feel the difference. Far from transactional

Bonus: they immediately serve with a bowl of popcorn. Their signature complimentary. since its fathers day they give me a bag of Texas Roadhouse peanuts! Plus they had a really really nice Fathers Day set up in the resto.

Ordered a large wings (20 piece, 4 flavours) with a large fries. The Parmesan garlic and honey bbq were good, but the dry seasoning chipotle and dry seasoning lemon pepper barely had any seasoning on them. The portion of fries was very small and was the same size as other people’s who ordered the small. I asked a waiter what size our fries were and he said small, so I figured they just wrote small. When we got the bill we were charged for a large, so I told them we were only given a small. The manager then came out to try to tell me that we were given a large and that was the portion size, but it was clearly not a large. Only when I said I took a picture of how small the portion was did the manager agree that we were given a small. We were also not given a dip with our wings when the picture in the menu has a dip, but were charged for an extra dip (I didn’t feel like arguing about that too so we payed for it). Then they acted like they did us a favour by only charging us for the small fries. I shouldn’t have to take pictures of my food to verify it’s the correct size, and the manager should realize when her staff has made a mistake and should take responsibility instead of arguing about it.
