Quite disappointed with our lunch there. While the food wasn't bad and everything was plated nicely and looked delicious, once we dug in nothing particularly stood out. It doesn't help that the servings are quite small especially considering the cost. Over P1k per head yet we still weren't full by the time we paid. A single adult male could probably finish a full order of paella by themselves. House water isn't even available and patrons have to buy bottled water for P85 like you're actually in Europe. As if the above wasn't discouraging enough, for some reason the Paella Cochinillo wasn't available during our visit. Unfortunate, but not a big deal, right? So instead, we opted for the Paella Pollo y Cerdo which, according to the picture on the menu, is supposed to include a mix of 3 pork ribs and 2 chicken thighs. Upon serving, there were 3 thighs but no ribs, and only then were we informed that the pork was not available. I understand that the food business is perpetually unpredictable, but Saturday lunch at the start of the Mother's Day weekend is never a good time to have an incomplete menu. Try it if you must. The food is prepared well and served quickly, and the restaurant itself is gorgeous, but in my opinion there are far better and more affordable spanish options elsewhere.

Easy to place a reservation via their mobile number. We were a group of 9, well taken care of during our entire dinner. Our reservation was Jul 12 7pm Sat but we were able to seat as early as 6:30pm since we came early. We were able to watch the 5-min MOA fireworks at their balcony at 7pm then went back inside to our seats. It was a birthday dinner for my lola’s 80th. They prepared a song with a complimentary dessert for my lola after letting them know the occasion in secret to suprise my her. We knew paella takes time to cook so we ordered those quickly as soon as we were seated then ordered other dishes later on after browsing the entire menu. It was easy to flag the waiters/waitresses for attention and they were polite and quick. Food came quickly too. Presentation was good and we found everything we ordered delicious. We liked the Beef Salpicao and Paella Negra the most. In short, food, service, and ambience were great. We would definitely come again to celebrate future occasions.

위치와 경치는 좋으나 맛은 별로입니다. Las Flores boasts an enviable location with breathtaking views that promise a memorable dining experience. The ambiance is undoubtedly one of the highlights, offering a serene and picturesque setting perfect for a relaxed meal or special occasion. However, despite the impressive surroundings, the food unfortunately falls short of expectations. The dishes, while presented well, lack the flavor and distinctiveness that one would anticipate from such a setting. There’s a noticeable gap between the visual appeal of the place and the culinary experience it delivers. The flavors are somewhat bland and fail to stand out, which is a disappointment given the otherwise fantastic setting. In summary, while Las Flores offers a beautiful backdrop and a great place to unwind, the food doesn’t quite match up, leaving the overall experience a bit underwhelming.

Restaurant manager Pearl at Las Flores S Maison handled our inquiry earlier at around 11pm about our bill since we presented both a PWD card and a Bistro BFF voucher. She approached our table lecturing us about the Bistro promo guidelines and that she cannot apply the PWD discount along with that of the Bistro card. We shared that we just ate at Watami right before going to Las Flores and they gave us discount for both PWD and applied our Bistro BFF vouchers. We even had the receipt to prove. Pearl pointed out that Watami is not aligned with the policy and we, the customers, should be educating them. She further stated that she is a new manager, that she follows the guidelines and that a lot of managers who provided incorrect discounts have been charged. She even shared critical incidents such as a company that got 20% off a P50,000 bill because they had no ceiling for discounts and some other examples irrelevant to our inquiry, making it evident that she just does not want to make a mistake and get charged. Throughout her lecture, she did not show genuine empathy, acknowledgement of the customer's concern, any form of assurance and did not provide any options which are fundamentals of good customer service. Her approach of lecturing the customer is a turnoff and a very bad customer experience which will definitely be a reason for us not coming back to Las Flores S Maison. Her staff were also all over the place. We had a hard time getting service since all the servers were preoccupied, the servers had different knowledge of the Bistro app, server Evita can't articulate well which confused us on how to go about using our Bistro card and they punched free bread in our receipt but it was not served. Overall, very horrid...

The service was really bad. Out of all the Bistro restaurants we have dined at, this has got to be the worst.

Strike one: We weren't told how long some dishes would take. We only found later on that the Paella Negra takes 30-45mins. A heads up on that would have helped us manage expectations as we intended to still go around the malls before they'd close.

Strike two: We were only notified that the Platter cannot be discounted with the Bistro card when we asked for the bill. Again, a heads up prior would have been good just so you're not surprised only at the end of the dining.

Strike three: Service took so long, and we had to follow up just to know the status of the food. Even the billing process, payment, and waiting for a receipt took so long. Mind you, this was a Tuesday night and the resto was not at maximum capacity.

Strike four: We took out some of the dishes, only to find out when we got home that one of the dishes that had garlic oil was wrapped only in aluminum foil! It leaked on car surfaces! You'd expect proper packaging from restaurants that charge so much!

Strike five: I am allergic to shrimps, so I made sure to stay away from the gambas. But I don't know if any of the other food, or if the Paella had any shrimps mixed into it that I now have an allergic reaction while writing this.

I WILL NEVER COME BACK, AND WILL NEVER...

The restaurant was empty when we came here for lunch.

While I wasn't totally transported back to Spain, the dining experience was good nonetheless.

We ordered the calamari, tuna empanada, potato torta, onion soup, and vegetable paella.

The calamari was better than I expected. It was very tender and fried perfectly.

The tuna empanada was also a great tapas. It was flavorful and crunchy on the outside.

The potato torta was slightly on the wet side. In Spain, i recall the torta having a crunchy crispy exterior, but this one wasn't crunchy at all. However, it was still a very good dish. They even removed the chorizo because someone in our party was allergic to it, so kudos for being accomodating.

The onion soup was the most underwhelming dish. It was just ok, nothing special at all. I wouldn't order it again.

The vegetable paella was good. The rice layer is very, very thin. I honestly thought it would have a bigger serving portion. The vegetables were on the bland side, but the rice was seasoned well.

Service was decent. However, I did notice that when they filled up the water, the bottle would rest on the lip of the cup of every customer. That is a big no, no and a safety hazard!!!

10% service charge added to the bill Credit card accepted

Overall, i had a great dining experience and would recommend this restaurant if you would like a...
