Despite my willingness to provide a thirty-five-dollar bill, the cashier insisted on breaking the three-hundred-dollar bill instead of providing change for seven hundred dollars. This approach may be inconvenient for customers, especially foreign visitors who may not have access to local electronic payment methods. Saying no or not available in professional manner is really something impactful for the customers. That’s what they’ll remember when think of a brand or place they’ve been treated well.
