Where do i even start? If I will say I had a good time I am definitely lying and I wouldn’t want that.
We waited 1hr and 15mins to be seated. I understand it’s soft opening and I understand we must be willing to wait but what I annoyed me so much is the fact that we could’ve been seated much earlier if only the receptionist wasn’t dilly-dallying, on the phone chitchatting with who knows who and going to the nearby Gloria Maris to chat with their guards. If she was on break that’s fine but maybe somebody could’ve taken her place for the mean time? I could see there was some available seats already but no one was attending bc again, the receptionist was too busy to not do her job. We were seated in the corner and what surprises me is there are more crew flocking in the cashier where i suppose their manager is than crews helping customers. We’d have to follow up several times for our order. When we ask for this and that it gets wrong so we’d have to ask again. It was frustrating. As soon as we sat down i even noticed there’s no indicator that we’re on the gold package that i had to ask for it bc why do all the other seats have that when we don’t? What’s funny is when the table next to us was served, some gentleman explained their dish and everything when it was our turn we just sat and had to ask for everything. They didn’t even bother asking which meat you’d like on your first set and as someone that doesn’t eat spicy food it was embarrassing not to eat the spicy meat that was already served. Other samgyupsals ask that prior to being seated but why couldn’t they do the same? Also since it took us ages before we were seated the charcoal wasn’t even hot enough to cook our food so we had to ask for it to be sorted. And if the crews flocking on our side were chatting or whatnot with their manager or i suppose doing a meeting, why can’t they do it after the end or start of the day? It was peak dinner hours that time. Was it worth it? For 748 each person it was mid. There wasn’t even a lot of meat to choose from which i understand is bc they serve “ quality “ meat but tbh you’ll get the good ones with the gold set but with the regular one? Nah. The kimchi was good tho it was obv authentic. The pickled radish? Meh. It didn’t even taste pickled and was just watery radish. The place wasn’t ventilated enough but i guess that’s expected since they’re on soft opening and it’s a samgyupsal place but others def have better ambience. Would I try here again? Idk. Maybe if i was a content creator then they’d treat their customers better. Or maybe if you have too much time to wait for a crappy service with mid quality food then i’d...
Read moreEDIT: Dined here this May 27 for a late lunch, I must say the service has improved although there are still areas they need to work on. Unlike my last visit, the staff was more attentive but it was given as it was not peak hours. However, I would just like to suggest adding more servings of the meat and sides to minimize the need to call the staff for refills since it might be the reason why serving time is so slow during peak hours due to the inadequate staff to customer ratio. This would be beneficial specially to tables with 4+ pax as the current serving size can quickly be finished requiring another refill. Going back to my visit today, it was more pleasant but I would still note that serving time for the premium meats are kind of slow (after our first round of meats we had to wait for a couple of minutes and follow up our next order since it was taking some time to arrive). Overall, my customer experience has improved significantly compared to my last visit, I just hope they would note the suggestions to improve the serving time. Food quality is still good they just need to improve their serving time 😊 —————————————————————— Came here for dinner last April 23 with my friends (we were 6 in total). Waiting time for a table was so-so since it was dinner time but when we got seated, we noticed that the table wasn’t fully prepped. We had to request to get additional sides, lettuce, and service water cause they only gave 1 set of sides (obviously not enough for a table of 6). We thought that was the end of us nagging the staff for attention but NO. The entire night was ruined by inattentive staff who we had to call multiple times just to be served more meat or have our sides refilled. They also gave us very little servings of the premium meats that we paid for extra and when we told them to get more of the premium meats they took out fried chicken which we said that we only ordered 2 of those (but they insisted it was for our table and they gave us 6 bowls!). At this point we were already annoyed and just wanted to finish dinner, it was a shame since the food was good but the service was so bad it spoiled our appetite. Came here for KBBQ and got stuffed with fried chicken since we had to finished the 6 bowls they gave us. Was extremely disappointed after that visit and rethinking if this is really the famous KBBQ place from Korea. Hope they improve more on the service.
Will edit this review when I go and eat there again. Still giving this place another chance to see if their service really sucks or if they have done things to improve the...

Gold Course 6.5/10
Words to ponder✍🏽
One day, what feels heavy now will just be something you went through. The pain, the overthinking, the moments that kept you up at night—it won’t always feel this way.
It might not disappear completely, but it’ll lose its grip on you. Life keeps moving, even when you don’t feel ready, and little by little, without even noticing, you’ll start to feel lighter. You’ll still remember, but it won’t hurt the same way. It won’t define you.
What felt like the end will just be a part of your story—something that shaped you but didn’t break you. The things that tested you, the days you thought you wouldn’t get through, will turn into proof of how strong you actually are. You’ll see it in the way you handle things differently, in the way you trust yourself more. And even if it doesn’t feel like it now, you won’t always be stuck here. Keep going. One day, you’ll look back and realize you made it through.
