Good coffee and service. The pastries were also good - not too sweet. Plenty of seats, and the cafe was spacious. Will try their banh mi next time.
Update, May 2023: went back here because we liked it the first time, however we were disappointed by the change. It was hot inside, their airconditioning was not working and they did not even have fans. The queue took so long, and the wait for our coffee and cookies took even longer. And to top the disappointment: they served us cookies with splashes of coffee on them. If it was not for another guest I think who called their attention they would not even replace it. This cafe now lacks customer service. I hope their management does...

It's doesn't taste like instant coffee unlike other viet coffee chains and it's a legit viet brand. Yesterday, I ordered their Phin Sua Da via Grab from their Double Dragon branch but it didn't taste like the usual/standard taste. I messaged their FB page to discuss my concern because I was worried that they changed recipes. Soon after, Adele from branch texted me and patiently assisted me and explained that they did not change anything, there must've been an honest mistake lang but Adele was able to fix it naman. :) Thanks for providing the best viet...

The coffee tasted burnt, and the banh mi was far from authentic - the bread was the correct shape but that's about it, it didn't match the picture in any way, the grilled pork was some ground monstrosity that was impossible to identify, the vegetable filling was almost nonexistent bar a single slice of cucumber, the chilli was missing, the coriander seemed to be replaced by mint. Overall the taste was ok, but it wasn't a banh mi, it was a random sandwich that I wouldn't order.
Skip this place, go to this coffee shop in Vietnam, or perhaps another franchise, but this one was...
