J.Co — Restaurant in Pasay

Just this afternoon, February 28, 2025 i purchased 2 dozens of donuts plus their promo.

I was charged 3 invoices in my credit card insyead of two bills. The first recepit was given to me, then she punch another amount for tge remaining product, but she did not gave the receipt I ask the counter girl if she made a mistake because she did not gave the second receipt, then after a while she punch another receipt and that was the one she gave me i should have been billed only twice but my card company confirmed 3 transactions thru my cellphone.

The problem is i cannot reach them. The cell number indicated cannot be reached.

Maybe they provide a phone number easily contacted so the matter will be settled immediately.

Lesson: double check...

This branch steictly comply with the minimum health standards- all from contact tracing forms to alcohols and to social distancing. And of course, J.Co is known for their delicious donuts and coffee.

Just not much for our visit. We ordered for a latte. When we got on board our car, that's the only time that we took a sip and noticed that there's no sugar in the coffee. If they're concerned that their customer doesn't love sugar, I hope that they could at least ask. Overall, nice experience for my visit but food serving needs...

Donut was not fresh. Black coffee was just okay. Nothing special about it. Staff were okay. Friendly. Many customers don’t throw their trash away and they just leave the trash on top of their tables. Unfortunately nobody was cleaning tables so you will see litters all over the place. There are no electricity outlet so you won’t be able to charge your phones or laptop in case you want to stay a bit longer in the dining area.
