Good Food, Disappointing Service We decided to dine here around 5PM, before the dinner rush began but we were standing in front of the receiving area for more 5 minutes, waiting for a staff to accommodate us. It also took a while for them to get our orders. They brought out food relatively fast, however, not all were given in time. We had to constantly follow up on some of our main dishes and drinks. They said they will bring out the grill to the table but it took so much time that they just offered to grill the meat for us, because we were almost full at that point. There are a good amount of staff so I wouldn't say they are understaffed and not all tables are even occupied so it was frustrating that the quality of service is very bad. They would acknowledge you when you call their attention, but forget to get back to you. The whole work dynamic of the restaurant is chaotic. We ordered one of the group set menus, and one of the staff approached us mid-eating to tell us that one of the dishes they served was not part of the set menu we ordered. We just said it's ok because at that point we were too hungry to monitor the food we ordered. Shouldn't the restaurant be able to monitor this? However, the most frustrating thing is that they forget to remove some orders that were not served to us (rice) and add the food that they accidentally served us (soup). It was even us who raised this concern in the billing. Overall, food is actually good but not outstanding. It was Korean food done right. I recommend the galbitang and sundubu jigae. However, given the bad service and atmosphere, I would recommend eating Korean food somewhere else. PS. They allow pets but only in the outermost table lol but ok, i guess better than nothing.

The atmosphere and staffs were friendly but the food... it was the worst. Ordered seafood soontofu jigae, "famous" maple beef, and white pork belly. The soup was too salty and the sauce they dissolve in the soup wasn't even completely dissolved and it definitely lacked boiling time. The "famous" maple beef, the marination was great but the cooking process of the staff needs more training. They burnt almost all the meat. The white pork belly, as you can see in the picture that's it we barely ate it because it had that "smell" for porks plus the serving was very small so it's as shown in the picture. Honestly, I am embarrassed to have this as a "famous" Korean restaurant from Korea here in the Philippines since the food just sucks. But it's pet friendly so if you ran out of option when you are with your pets then you could try the risk

Okay, so my partner and I just celebrated our anniversary at Maple Tree Korean BBQ, and seriously, we hit the jackpot! The food? Soooo good. Like, legit tasty and every single bite was a winner. Plus, we totally scored on the value front 'cause we snagged that UnionBank 50% off deal – talk about a sweet anniversary bonus! But honestly, the real MVP of the night was ROBERT and his amazing service. He was on point, super friendly, and just made sure our anniversary dinner was absolutely perfect. Seriously, his service was top-notch and made our whole experience even better. Big thumbs up for Maple Tree Korean BBQ if you're looking for yummy food, great deals (keep an eye out for promos!), and seriously awesome service. And a massive shout-out again to Robert for making our anniversary dinner extra special!

The staff and managers were apologetic; however, it did not suffice for the poor experience we had during our dinner at the Pyro Musical event. First, they took our orders around 6:30 pm and told us to expect a wait of at least 20 minutes. While the side dishes were served, our main courses took an hour and a half with multiple follow-ups. Additionally, they entered the wrong items into the system and kept blaming their cashiers and waitstaff.

Second, I understand that they didn’t have enough grillers, but the portions of the grilled food served were a little off. Since they cooked all the orders at once, the portions became uneven, with the pork dish only having a few slices served.

Lastly, when we asked for the bill, we were aware that most guests would pay after the last performance. However, we requested ours during the break to receive it earlier. An hour passed, and we still hadn’t received our bill, only to find out na may mali sa na punch sa bill namin , anither waiting ulit. They mentioned that this was their third week with the event pero still lack of manpower and wala parin na bubuild na process or idea how to smooth out their service, 3rd week nyo na yan sana may plan na kayong mas maganda. Good thing na pwede mag cross order sa ibang restaurant, ang bilis dumating ng orders, smooth ng service and transaction given na marami rin...

Me and my friend, we are total of 4person and have a dinner yesterday in the restaurant. When the side dish came first, the kimchi only have two pieces, therefore me and one of my friend took one each and ask for the refill, when the second plate of kimchi came. The kimchi smell different! It smell like stinky tofu! It is really BAD SMELL !! And we ask to change it again. When the third plate came, although it smell not that badly compared to the second one but still have the bad smell, and the waiter tell me that :'kimchi is smell like this'......

Ermmmm.. I have always eat kimchi outside but this is the new smell of kimchi for me. So we decided not to eat that kimchi again.

And I want to tell that this is not my first time visit this restaurant. I have visit same restaurant with same branches already....

And for the service is not that bad since the restaurant is not that full house yet, but they forgot to give us the sauce before they have cook all the meat.

I hope that they can check properly their kimchi before serving to...
